Tam Coc Hello Homestay

The owner of the homestay was excellent - arranged transportation and advised us on restaurants and activities. It was a very positive first impression during our Vietnam trip. The owner helped us transition to our next stay by personally driving us to the Bus terminal.

The plastic mattress protection sheet was a bit uncomfortable. There was some flooding on the small street which was tricky to navigate by foot in the dark. Some additional street lighting might help.

Very clean and the family who runs it is incredibly nice. Location is right off the main drag in Tam Coc

The location is amazing but you will hear music and singing from the bars until late into the night

This homestay is a gem! Tucked away in a little laneway, it is a little oasis with a lovely garden. Great location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants/massage etc.It is quiet accommodation however the whole area surrounding is noisy, rowdy ppl at night in the bars and beeping/scooters start at around 6am. If you want complete quiet, you would have to choose rural accommodation.The family are so welcoming and helpful. Organized scooter hire for $9 a day (no deposit or passport required) and allowed us to check in 3 hours early!By scooter Trang An is 15 mins and the dragon viewpoint is 10. Traffic is not as hectic in Tam Coc, so we felt safe to ride.Three quaint roomy bungalows. Very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, aircon/heater.Breakfast was included which was very tasty and generous size.Outstanding value for $35 AUD a night!Highly recommend.

Great and personally managed homestay, good location, close to restaurants and sights. The host prepared vegan banana pancakes for breakfast on request. He helped us plan an excursion and the transfer to our next accommodation. We felt at home there.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm.

Cockroaches x2 Do places fumigate regularly? I know it's pretty normal for most places. Especially if they have bamboo walls. Electricity cut out in the area 3 times in 4 days. In a heatwave you need air con.

The location was great, close to everything but off the main road. Quiet homestay with only few rooms. Breakfast in the garden.

It is located away from the main street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are clean and the bed is really comfortable

We loved this Homestay. It was the cleanest homestay we’ve stayed in. Very central yet tucked down a sidestreet so you can get away from the busyness of tam coc. The passionfriuit at breakfast was delicious!

This property was very pretty, clean and quiet. It was close to all the restaurants and activities yet tucked away from the noise. The family who runs this home stay was very kind and helped us with anything we needed.

There was nothing about this property that I didn’t like. It was just perfect for our time in Tam Coc.

The cottage houses are amazing, I loved the build but also the comfort. Everything was perfect.The hospitality of the host and his family is also amazing, felt welcome and supported.They even arranged a private driver for us to visit the national park for a very competitive price (we checked around town).Couldn't recommend enough if you are staying in Tam Coc.

everything about this place is brilliant. staff are friendly and happy to help, breakfast was delicious, coffee was great! facilities to rent which was very handy and they have laundry service. the cafe over the road is also such a gem would recommend

- don't expect anything fancy, but for the money you pay you get a spotlessly clean room and bathroom, air conditioning and very helpful and kind owners- close to everything: restaurants, cafes, bars, bus stop, but located on a quiet little street

Location is night and quiet, bed was very comfortable and the room is very spacious. Family that are host are more than helpful, providing a great breakfast. Will defiantly come back to this accomodation

Property was located close to lots of restaurants and spas. Host was amazing, he was so welcoming and organised scooter hire for us on short notice. The breakfast was great too.
