An's Eco Garden Resort

This is a beautiful, peaceful resort which is very close to the centre of Ninh Binh. We stayed in the caravan and our teenage sons stayed in the mobile home. The accommodation was awesome- it was nice to stay somewhere different and our sons loved the mobile home. We were only here for 1 night but wish that we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

This resort is tucked away in limestone cliffs, away from the hustle and bustle of Trang An and Tam Coc, but with easy access to both tourist hubs. The staff were friendly and helpful and organised our transport every day. The units were clean and comfortable, and every effort has been made to make this quirky place welcoming.

Quiet and quaint resort nestled in the foothill alongside a lake. The staff was polite and courteous. Room size was good and it was decently equipped - reminder that this is an eco resort.

The restaurant food was good but the options for vegetarian food were rather limited.

The free breakfast was delicious. The scenery was also incredible, surrounded by gorgeous hills and greenery. We loved soaking in the pool and enjoying the evenings.

Unique accommodation and setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice facility - well maintained.

The road into the place is a bit challenging.

Lighting in bathroom is poor.

The tiled bathroom floor was very slippery, and the two large beds take up most of the room, leaving little space for our luggage.

We loved everything about this place. Beautiful, tranquil, comfortable, easy in and out with Grab or a bike, and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend as your base for all things Ninh Binh. They even opened up a unit for us to shower in the evening of our check out so that we were clean and fresh for the overnight bust to Ha Giang.

The property located in a quiet area surrounded by natural.

I dislike it when I can smell the burning of the trash by the surrounding neighbors.

Excellent isolated resort, with a nice swimming pool right on the edge of the lake and across the mountains. Great atmosphere.

Food at the restaurant could be better.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place. The breakfast was really good. the staff was a 10.The location is a little far for the city, but you forget that when you see the beauty of the location.

The location of the resort is absolutely beautiful! It's surrounded by towering limestone mountains, and you feel detached from the rest of the world. The staff were incredibly helpful. We had a 10pm night bus to catch after we checked out at 11am and the staff were very accommodating between those times. They let us wait in the lobby, order lunch and drinks at the resort, hire their scooters, help us organise a taxi to get to the bus and even shower in an empty room in the evening before we caught our bus. This made waiting nearly ten hours for a bus not only bearable, but actually rather enjoyable. I would highly recommend a stay at An's Eco resort.

The rooms, staff, pool area and communal spaces were all absolutely exceptional, complimented by breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Be sure to sample their extensive menu, which even by Vietnam standards was cheap! The quality was excellent.

The bar closes early (around 21:00/21:30 most nights we were there).

The best stay of our trip through Vietnam. A very idyllic and serene surrounding. Super friendly staff, clean property and a beautiful peaceful garden. The resort has bycicles that you can take to discover the area - which is a great way! Really recommend to stay here.

Magnificent setting and very peaceful. Although remote, that is the charm and we found it easy to get grab taxis to local sights and eating out. The bungalow was very nice with super comfortable beds and bedding, hot showers and nice private terrace. Staff were helpful. The only downside was the food which was mediocre and pricey. We ate out v well in Tam Coc. Also for an eco resort it was a shame they didn’t supply free filtered water and relied on plastic bottles for all drinking water (other guests have commented on this).

The staff were so welcoming, helpful and professional. We loved every minute we were there. The food variety and quality was great. Breakfast was healthy and fulfilling. Coffee was excellent too! The organisation of local tours and airport transfer was excellent and professional. We didn’t want to leave. Beautiful and tranquil surroundings and easy to get around the Trang An Heritage Area. We will recommend to others.

If you need some peace and enjoyment away from the hustle and bustle of cities, this is your place! Instantly relaxing on check in, the food, location and service were amazing. We really loved coming back from our day tour to relax in the pool and take in the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended, we were sad to depart and would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing respite and relaxation in this beautiful country.

Great accomodation set on beautiful lake with infinity pool, easy to jump in cab to see sites. Lodges are spacious and private with gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Staff are all very friendly and were great with our kids. Good breakfast with great variety, eggs made to order. Did loads of laundry for reasonable price very quickly. Minor point is power in our shower was quite low. Overall great experience.
