Great quiet location, very nice staff, free bikes to use, got a room upgrade for free, offer breakfast and a normal menu for lunch and dinner to order from, pool looks very clean, offer renting a scooter and laundry service which we were very happy with :)

Excellent breakfast, free bikes, able to bike to Tam Coc and to Trang An. Mua cave is also within 10 min biking distance. The staff is very helpful and polite and they speak English. The garden and the pool area are clean and well maintained, it is a little zen paradise. Highly recommend!

Amazing setting. Location good- easy walk to restaurants, 1 hour walk to Tam Coc, or 10 min Grab. Can rent scooters and bikes from resort too. Breakfast was nice & Plentiful. Staff excellent ?

Bathroom is interesting- shower is in the middle and water just flows to one side, around the toilet, so floor is wet for rest of night. Can put a towel down so not really an issue.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They were very kind and helpful, always interested in your day. The rooms are well maintained and clean and the pool is gorgeous! The location was great for cycling to Hang Mua, Bich Dong and Trang A Boat Ride. They served a nice breakfast to you. Highly recommend!

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the food was great, the location is perfect, the views are incredible. We had a great time renting a scooter from them and exploring the area. They go above and beyond for their guests! I highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat!

I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff.

The room was not totally clean, TV was not working (quickly replaced but with another one that was not working), breakfast was small and in the attic of room P1 we had roommates who like to run during the night (rats I believe). I stayed in Vietnam 4 months and although this place was pleasant it was not worth the money.

We had a little bit of trouble with the moped not working but other than that nothing!

The bikes seem old and definitely need maintenance. Food menu could do with some improvement.

It was pretty, tranquil, they were still working on the property. The rooms were modern, clean, decent size, the views were incredible, especially from your bathroom.

Nothing to complain about, wish I knew in advance that they were still working on the pool.

Hanna and the entire team is accomodating, extremely friendly and helps with whatever they can. The bungalows are great, everything is new, breakfast and also the food in general is very nice. On the day of departure, we took the night train from Ninh Binh to Hue and we could stay there untill the evening, use the pool, the bicycles and could take a shower before we left. Thank you very much.If we'd come back to Ninh Binh, we would stay in the Trang An Ecorest Resort again for sure

I would struggle to find anything to complain about. There is some minor building work going on but I found that at most hotels in Vietnam.

Lovely staff, comfy bed (a doona each on the double bed ?), huge breakfast, free bikes, beautiful location. We chose this place because it was out of town and in a lovely setting. Trang An boat tour is just under 3.5 kms, easy walk and Mua cave is only 1km away. Staff were very accommodating!

Room was a bit cold, aircon didn’t heat up the room. The slope of the building meant the water didn’t get away when you showered, it pooled in the opposite corner to the drain, which was a bit gross.

Breakfast was delicious and was cooked upon ordering so very fresh. The staff was really nice and helpful and always asked if they could do anything to make our stay more comfortable. Even when my husband got sick they came by to give him fresh fruit and ginger tea, which was very nice in our situation. They really go the extra mile to help you.

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as fresh flowers and locally inspired decorations that added a personal touch.The hosts, Ngan & Hang, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were always available to provide recommendations for local attractions, assist with arrangements, and share fascinating stories about the area.

Very special location, my room was exceptional. Bathroom and shower on Mountain View. Albert helped me to organize my trips with the guide. Staff very helpful also Anna is amazing

Ngan and her family were so sweet and welcoming. My friend and I really appreciate their hospitality and kindness. Excellent service. Great place, breakfast, rooms. A huge recommendation from us. If I go back to Ninh Binh, I would book Trang An Ecorest again. Absolutely loved it! Free bikes also a great plus. Really close to the Mua Cave and Hoa Lu old town.

Literally nothing. I really don't have anything I didn't like.

Very relaxing and serene. Staff were helpful in giving us advice for sightseeing.

It was a little hard for us to find as there was no clear signage.
