Location was good and staff was helpful.

When I arrived, the floor had hair and the room wasn't too clean. Also, there are no tables or chairs in the room. There was no kettle either. No place to sit and relax in the room.

The people running it were so accommodating and lovely . Always more than happy to help. Sorry we didn’t stay longer. Great location, so close to everything.

The rooms here are clean, tidy and fully equipped, lacking nothing. The beds are soft, the bathrooms are clean and extremely comfortable. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast, which is filling and delicious. The atmosphere here is quiet and relaxing, just like a resort. Although it is located in a deserted area, it is still very convenient to go to restaurants and tourist attractions. In general, this place has the perfect balance between comfort and convenience, you won't want to leave after staying here!

Hotel is new, big, clean comfy rooms and other premises. They have swimming pool and on the roof also pool table. The view is amazing, and location very close to Trang An, Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. Good for exploring surrounding, even with bikes that are available in the hotel. The host is very kind, warm and helpful with everything needed. Breakfast is prepared by your own choice! We had a very satisfying stay at here. The hotel is conveniently located, close to famous attractions such as Trang An, Hang Mua and Tam Coc, very convenient for traveling. The rooms are clean, spacious and fully equipped with amenities. In particular, the beds are very comfortable, helping us have a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to assist whenever needed. The breakfast is also very delicious, with many choices to suit our taste.

Hostess was great and could communicate well in English, location was great for attractionslike Trang An and Mua Cave and viewpoint, nice breakfast.

Bed was a little hard for my taste but I know others prefer that. A bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom but I know that's more of municipal problem than anything the hotel can control. Though they take Visa there is a 3% charge to use it but the hotel is such a bargain that I was happy to pay.

Convenient location very close to Hang Mua. Spacious and clean room with indoor swimming pool. The hostess here is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and breakfast food are also very delicious.

The location was peaceful, and the accommodation had a nice home stay vibe. The family who run it are so friendly and accommodating. very close toMua caves which was handy as I wanted to go for sunrise. Also a short and picturesque cycle to trang An boat ride. Allowed to borrow a bicycle for free and it looked very new and worked perfectly!
