We had an amazing time here. The staff were super informative, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect for reaching the river, bars, sights, and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and our host helped us arrange a taxi to the train station.

In a fairly noisy part of town near a karaoke bar!

The location is fantastic! Easy walk to anything in Tam Coc and the Tam Coc boat tour is across the street. The family is so sweet and helped us with anything we needed including laundry, setting up a transfer to the airport and bike rentals!

Completely out of their control but there is a karaoke bar close by that you can hear at night but we didn’t have any issues sleeping through it.

The family who runs it went beyond to ensure a good stay...absolutely lovely people.

Occasionally there was part noise on the weekend from the street.

Beautiful house, lovely family, great central location. You could rent bikes and scooters right from the house. Breakfast was individually prepared and delicious.

Nothing, if I come back to Tam Coc, I will stay here again.

The place is very cute, and the room was super comfortable and practical. The owners are absolutely amazing, very kind & super helpful, you feel taken care of like you're family.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better, very central and convenient for exploring. The homestay has just reopened after renovations, and everything felt cozy and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely place, located just off the Main Street, but still in a quiet place. Very friendly owners

The weather wasn’t great so only stayed one night. There wasn’t much of a greeting or introduction when we arrived.

Friendly helpful staff. Great swimming pool to relax in after a day of touring.Quiet, but very centrally located.

The family were very friendly with good local advice. They let us get on with our agenda and did not push their tours on us. The room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed. The shower was nice and powerful.The local cats were quite noisy in the early hours

Just one word for service - excellent. I was wondering before hand is this home stay okay or is service enough for us...I never again doubt that. We have plenty problems that are not related home stay, but they resolve everything so smooth ( lile middle of night ride to local hospital...too long storie). Location was in the middle of everything (restaurants, massage, cafe shops etc), just walking distance for every important service you need. They arrange all trips that we needed (national park, bear sanctuary, trang an etc).

The family who is in charge of the house, and especially Loan, are exceptional hosts!! They were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information about the tourist points, exchanged money for us, and offered us rental bikes with baby chair.Breakfast was simple but prepared with loveThe house is close to the main street with tons of food options. However it is relatively quiet. Sometimes you can hear some party people from the karaoke bar near by but not a huge problem

Is a little nitpicking but a small closet to leave our clothes would be the cherry on top.Also the bathroom has some humidity problems but nothing really important.

Everything was perfect. A welcome drink after a long bus ride, comfortable and clean room, hot shower and provided everything we needed. We booked onwards travel at a cheap rate, hired bicycles and did laundry. Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious. A map was also provided and they took time to explain all the attractions, prices and different options. Great location in the heart of Tam Coc

Just that due to time of year it was too cold to use the pool!

The owner was very helpful , providing information , arranging taxis and laundry.. when an item of laundry was left behind, Loan arranged it to be brought to our next hotel in HanoiLovely omelette for breakfastComfortable bedsNice balcony and pool, but unfortunately, we were unable to use this due to the weatherExcellent value for money

Great location, in Tam coc center, and the owner was also super nice and friendly. The room was big, and clean even if they don’t clean the room everyday. Breakfast was good, it wasn’t buffet but you could order whatever you wanted
