Super friendly owners! Amazing location, great breakfast.

Could be more clean

Location was great for exploring all parts of Tam Coc. Mr. Tai and his family are very helpful, and can arrange for motorbike rental, and airport transfers. The are also happy to take groups of guests to enjoy local food. The room is basic, but very comfortable. Clean sheets, firm mattress, strong heater, and hot water. Breakfast is delicious along with fresh fruit.

Quiet location, in an alley just off the main street. Friendly owner, drove me to the train station!

The staff was helpful and friendly, made sure we have everything. The breakfast was generous, made freshly from a list we could choose from.

More hot water in the shower would be good, overall we had a comfortable stay.

Nicely designed. Location is super. Rooms are in perfect size. Everything is clean and nice. The owners are super friendly. Even though English is an obstacle, Google translate helps and the couple who owns the place does everything they can to make us happy. Perfect stay.

Honestly, I liked everything. I didn’t used the look cause there was a typhoon but whatever was used was absolutely fantastic.

Beautiful property, with a touch of Japanese style. Pool, bike and moto rentals for good value, the coldest beer I’ve had in Vietnam. 100% family operated! Included a robe and basic needs

Location was perfect right in the center of tom coc minutes from the main street but very quiet couldn’t fault the hotel the owners were so helpful and welcoming highly recommend it great pool

The host was super helpful! The breakfast was made freshly, we got lots of fruits and eggs with Toast.You also can rent a scooter which was super practical for us.We loved the pool and the location. Wi-Fi and AC were working easily.

The bathroom was getting flooded if two people showered one after another due to the facility being.

Tai and the staff are super nice and friendly. Central location but on a side street away from the main street. Comfy rooms with good wifi. Pool is nice.

The owners are amazing, really sweet and nice. They want to help you with anything! The rooms are clean, the location is great. You walk less than one minute and you're on the big Tam Coc street.The smart TV also works well! (I have had some issues where it did not work in Vietnam.)

Loved it so much so much bright windows the staff were also so willing to help and the breakfast was also great. Best place I stayed in N Vietnam!

Super clean property, well maintained with restaurants & bars close by. Hosts were lovely and welcoming, would recommend staying here.

Location was great. Just off the main road but not disturbed at all by any noise. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We rented a motorcycle and they even lent us their only umbrella when the heavens opened! There was also the opportunity to book tours / transfers direct. Breakfast was also varied. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Tam Coc.

Very nice hosts, a family affair, that welcome us early in the morning after a night train ride, with a little breakfast. The room was clean, we really appreciated the japanese zen style, in line with Tam Coc mood.
