Very Nice and convenient hôtel.Room was as described clean and people were nice.The quarter is with local people, which is better than tourists placeThe is a small super market close to itI recommend this hotel

If you open the window you could hear the train.But it was ok for me

A nice and clean hotel, located 5 minutes outside the center of Ninh Binh. The room was a good size and had what we needed. Friendly staff.

Netflix didnt work

The facility is recently renovated and very clean. There is are a couple great restaurants near by and a mini market for supplies too. The location was quiet and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

A minor thing, The location is decent and we were quite happy but it is a but of a walk to the main waterfront area. Would still 100% recommend the Queen Hotel. Grabs are cheap.

The staff is really kind and professional. The structure were recently constructed and the rooms have a sober elegance, like the main hall. Very nice hotel. Comfortable stay.

Would have been perfect if it was actually near the train station

The location was advertised as 250m from the train station, it was near the old train station which is now closed. We only stayed for several hours so we could walk to the overnight train fresh. Ended up having to leave early to make sure we arrived on time and take two cabs to the new train station. The advertisement and proximity to Ninh Binh Train station needs to be updated as it is misleading.

Wonderful clean quiet modern room.Staff were really lovely friendly and helpful. They even stayed up when we arrived unexpectedly at 3.45 am!

The area of Ninh Binh is not great for western food or as a base for tourism. The main tourist area is Tam Coc with many more options for food and tourism. However if that is not important the hotel is great value and the hosts are wonderful.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The room is clean and well-equipped. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, convenient to go to almost every tourist attraction.

Showerhead pressure is a little too high.

Great value for money, staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was ok, need to hire a scooter to get around or a grab. Most people stay in Tam Coc I believe.

Beds were a bit on the hard side.

There was no complimentary breakfast, wifi was not fast and the rooms seemed a little old. There seemed to be noone else on the property which made it very odd.

It was great value for money. I was expecting a very below average room but was pleasantly surprised. Its not the most luxurious but its reasonable for the price. The staff showed us a map and gave us suggestions on where to go which was helpful.

Personal preference, but the beds were very hard. My partner and I woke up with sore necks and backs.

They let us in at 1am for checkin which great. The bed was OK. The staff was very nice and friendly and been very helpful.

Location is not the best but there some food nearby. The bed feels ok for the price. I feel it not that comfortable but you pay what you get.

Wi-Fi was weak on the 8th floor over the 3 days I stayed. Other reviews say Wi-Fi was strong, so I assume this may have been a temporary problem or because of my floors high location.

It’s all right for a one-night sleep but that’s it

There was really nothing around, so I would suggest to book something in the smaller towns around.They booked for me a car service to go Hanoi at 10h00 am but the morning after started to knock on the door and calling to the room’s phone to let me know I needed to go down because the car was waiting and it would leave at 9h30am, 30 minutes earlier than agreed. Once I got down, the car wasn’t there and one of the persons from the hotel had to take me with his own car to where the private shuttle was.They should try to communicate better. It was quite a mess and had me pack up in a rush.

Really clean and comfortable modern rooms. Very reasonably priced. Staff were so helpful with booking transport and tours. You can rent a moped from them too. They also do laundry.

Bit far from the centre

Rooms are poorely soundproofed. You can hear the people in the next room talking.

Everthing was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was absolutly clean, the furniture are in good conditions and the bed was really confortable

We chose this place instead of Tam Coc since we arrived late at night by bus and wanted no additional transfer. Very nice and modern lobby, nice hotel staff and clean if somewhat old-fashioned rooms, but comfortable beds. Very quiet - and for VND 200k (a bit pricy to be honest) we could get a shower in the evening before catching the night train down south. Good location for the typical attractions, they rent out a scooter for VND 130k/day - and a very nice restaurant with massive portions next door.
