The owners were the sweetest - they looked after us like family! I fell off my moped and they were so kind and helped with cleaning and dressing my wounds. Such a great location - slightly outside of Tam Coc so not too busy.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay, I am so glad that I found it and was able to stay here while in Vietnam. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are so clean and cozy (I think I had many of my best sleeps of my whole trip here), there are really lovely areas on the property to sit and just enjoy the view of Ninh Binh and rest in the quiet, and there's even a massage room and pool onsite. They also prepare a wonderful breakfast each morning which was a great way to start the day (and I still think of those banana pancakes!). I went on many lovely walks around the area and also fell in love with a wonderful new restaurant nearby that is just 1-2 minutes walk away and has a beautiful view and delicious. The absolute best part of this stay though was the hosts. They are exceptionally kind, warm, welcoming, and gentle people. I felt so safe and cared for from the second I arrived. They went above and beyond to help me feel at home and make sure that I had what I needed. I got a cold on the last day and they even found a way for me to stay an extra night so that I could recover fully before resuming my travel. They helped me get into town when I needed to do a few errands and when there was some confusion and last minute changes with my transportation to my next stop they called the company themselves to sort it out and made sure that I had a clear and safe plan before I left them. I truly felt like they became family after only a few days and I miss them very much. You will be in exceptional hands and in an incredibly beautiful place if you stay here!

We loved our stay. What a beautiful homestay. It's exactly like the photos and more. The owners are wonderful and so helpful. They booked our overnight bus to Hoi An and even followed the taxi to make sure we got on the bus safely. We would definitely go back. It was one of our highlights of our visit to Vietnam.

I really enjoyed my stay, the family is lovely and the pool is fresh for the hot days. The location is great, you have a nice view of the mountains and a bit more quiet than the center. Be aware the road is a bit dark, and narrow at times, so I opted for renting a bike every day which was 50K the time I visited. Honestly take the bike to the main attractions, I even cycled to Tran An. It is fun and great views.

Dinn hang has been amazing! Smiling and helpful, we enjoyed her care. The homestay was really nice with very clean bungalows and a wonderful and refreshing swimming pool nicely decorated. Do not hesitate to come in this homestay if you ever come to Ninh Binh, you won't regret it.

Best homestay in Vietnam! We really enjoyed our time here. The homestay looks very nice. With a beautiful view in the backyard and your surrounded by amazing rice fields. The family is very welcoming, helpful and super kind. Despite the fact they could not speak English very well, they were super sweet and tried their best to help us in every possible way. Even when we had to change our plans and stay a day longer, that was no problem at all. There were lots of things we could book, like a massage (very highly recommended). They even had a little spa in the backyard. Everything was easy accessible as well, with bicycles, but you could also rent motorbikes. Also the bus to our next destination, they booked it for us and it was one of the best sleeper busses there is.

Wasn’t a problem for us but a bit of a walk to town, can ride bicycles though or just get rides with Grab cars or the owners recommended a great local driver to us that we could message when we needed to go somewhere.

Really lovely place. The views of the rice fields and karst mountains were amazing and the rest of the property was very pretty covered in flowers and paintings. The owners were very nice and friendly and they took great care of their property often sweeping away the leaves and cleaning the paths. Everything was immaculate. Breakfast was really nice, there’s a set menu that has lots of variety that you pick from and the owners make it fresh to order. The fresh juices were lovely and particularly the lemon juice. Rooms were comfortable and made with bamboo and exactly as shown on the website. We would very happily stay here again, especially for the price.

It’s slightly out of Tam Coc town, a short walk or a quick grab taxi. We actually prefer being slightly outside the town but some people might not like this.

Our stay here has been amazing from the beginning till the end.The property is beautiful and lovingly renovated. The pool and outdoor areas are perfectly kept. The views from the back of the property are to die for, with breath taking mountains and rice fields.The rooms are perfect to rest in after a long day exploring Ninh Binh. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is newly fitted and clean. Also fitted with AC and fan.The hosts are a delight to interact with. They do not speak much English so communication is often carried out through google translate, but this was not a problem at all. Their actions in ensuring we had a comfortable and memorable stay was greatly appreciated and carried out with great care for their guests. They supported us with booking our transport from Hanoi to the property, as well as our VIP sleeper transport to Da Nang following our stay. This was a great help to us and it was a relief to know they could sort this for us at a good price/organise with the transport companies. They are so thoughtful, providing bananas picked from the garden and soft drinks for our long onward journey without charge or prompt. In addition, the host offered to allow us to keep our room for an extra 8 hours so that we were comfortable before our onward night bus. This was at a small charge (only 200,000 dong) which was very worth it for us so that we could enjoy our last full day/refresh ourself before the long journey.To get the most out of your stay, make sure to rent the onsite bicycles! It has been a highlight of our south East Asian trip exploring the country side by bike. You can visit most of the attractions in Tam Coc by bike, and it allows you to take in the scenery/explore back roads that lead to breath taking views of the landscape. There are enough bikes that one was always available and we didn’t need to use any other transport. It is also great exercise and allows you to enjoy the local food hotspots guilt free!

Rooms small but very clean and comfy nice and quiet owner really friendly chap speaks limited English but that's our problem not his and he was very happy and helpful lent us bikes for free the first night great location would stay again shower amazing

The hosts couldn't have been better, so kind and helpful. They work hard to give you the best stay. Perfect location, easy walk into the town with it's restaurants, shops and bars but away from it all in a stunning setting under the mountain, you can sit in peace in the scented garden and enjoy the incredible view.. Comfortable, clean, friendly, good food, great value for money. Even though the rain chased us away we miss it already. The massages were blissful

We had a lovely stay. Room was clean and beautiful and we had probably the best beds of our whole trip. We sleeped so good. Hosts were amazingly friendly. Possibility to rent bicycles or motorbike. Lot of choices for breakfast and everything was great. Our best stay in Vietnam ❤️

We loved our stay here. The family were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, organising bike rental and onward transport. The property actually matched the photos and it's set in a cute little garden with a lovely backdrop of the karst mountains. The pool was very inviting but unfortunately too cold for us to enjoy in January. The location was very convenient to Tam Coc, approx 4 mins by scooter, 7 mins on a bicycle and 15 mins walking. Would recommend to everyone!

This was one of the comfiest stays we have had so far on our 1 month trip away from home. The hosts did everything they could to welcome us and help us during our stay. They even arranged our 13hr transport on a VIP sleeper to Da Nang and let us have use of the room to store our bags until we were picked up later that evening. The breakfasts were delicious. Overall a faultless stay :)

Bed was big and shower had hot water.

The pool looked dirty and during my 3night stay they didn't clean my room once (taking out the trash, changing clean cups and bringing new water would have been nice). But worst thing was that they served old coffee in the morning, first time it was reheted and burned and the next time they didn't even reheat it it was just old cold coffee (I asked for hot).
