The location is great, the property style and design is very nice, staff is superb and food is very good.

The only thing can be improved is just a better maintenance or upgrade for the facility. As I found the bathroom door can be a bit loose.

Exposed electrical wires outdoors were unsafe and garden light started on fire. Breakfast was only so-so.

This is a very beautiful property away from the bustle of the town. A very charming and quaint place tucked away in the foothills of Ninh Binh. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Special thanks to each and everyone there especially Huyen, Dat and Tom. The food is very delicious and their in-house massage center is very good. They helped us plan sightseeing in Ninh Binh and also arranged taxis. This resort is so good it felt like home because of the warmth of the staff.

The location is quiet, rooms excellent, dinner by the pool at night is excellent and so peaceful.Docked one point for breakfast being a bit cold or sparse if you come later.

Has a nice scenic position. The rooms are not spectacular, but OK.

Breakfast could be better. Also, the rooms are very humid, of course, due to the environment. Finding ways for more air circulation would help.The generator was switched on the whole day, that’s why swimming and having a drink at the pool was not an option .

The property is well located within Tam Coc, just a short distance away from the town centre. The property is in a serene location well within nature. The rooms are large and well appointed. Dat ensured that we were well looked after. Free bicycle hire and ability to rent a scooter at a reasonable price to get around the locality.

No beer in the bar after about 9pm!

Such a majestic location, beautifully maintained gardens and friendly helpful staff, the Receptionist Dat was chatty, kind and informative. Used the free bikes and ride into town twice. This place was such an amazing find in a picturesque location.Would definitely stay here next time and will be recommending it to anyone visiting the area. Wish we had longer time to just relax and soak it all up.

Fabulous hotel tucked away in a beautiful location just outside Tam Coc. The swimming pool is truly stunning-even better than in the pictures. There are free bikes, but you can also hire better ones for the excellent cycling around the property. Fantastic staff. Great input from Trung and Dat. Exquisite bedding. A lovely place.

Dat (the man that manages their WhatsApp and frontdesk) gave us valuable tips regarding things that we can/should see, the best way to get to the various places, helped us rent a moped and taxi’s. The hotel itself is located at a picturesque place, the room was very clean, and the bed was just the right soft/hardness. Renting a moped is a nice way to get around, but they also have bicycles (free of charge). Overall had a very nice stay.

The setting is lovely, the gardens are beautifully tended and the pool setting especially in the evening is magical. Having a drink by the pool before or after dinner is perfect. The Waterfall restaurant just across the bridge is also excellent

Our room was damp, it could have been the fact the weather was bad and perhaps the combination of that and not using the air con might have contributed.

Absolutely amazing staff, very accommodating. Clean space and nice view. Lisa and chom, the property managers went above and beyond to help us. We truly recommend this stay.

Wonderful welcoming and courteous staff. Stunning setting and great facilities, very comfy beds.. Great breakfast and delicious fresh spring rolls. Thanks to Dat for his help and advice. We hope to return in the future. Tam Coc has lots to offer.

The location is amazing: surrounded by the beautiful and astonishing Tam Coc mountains and immersed in the nature. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, who arranged for us the early check-in, since we arrived from Sapa with a sleeper bus at 6am.The hotel is a lil gem, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is also a key element (unfortunately we couldn’t use it because the weather wasnt warm enough, but we’re sure it would be a nice experience to take advantage of it). Bikes are for free, and we used them in the first morning to explore the surrounding, til the Bird Valley. Breakfast was the best we have had so far in our stay in Vietnam: rich, delicious and diverse.

There was a bit of sewer smell coming from the shower. The problem could be solved at least partly perhaps with a cover for the shower drain. Apart from that no problem at all and if we could we would have stayed longer!

Location and rooms are perfect. Staff very friendly. Special mention to manager Dat who is very helpfull, professional and friendly. Beautiful spots with mountain views. Local restautants in walking distance. Free bikes.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. It is beautifully located and perfectly integrated with nature. However, the room did not meet our expectations. In my opinion, it looks better in photos than in reality. The staff is friendly, but sometimes I got the impression that they seemed a bit bored, and many of them were often on their phones. On the other hand, the reception staff was extremely nice. The breakfast area and reception appeared to be somewhat unclean, and I think it would be worth improving this to raise the overall standard of the place. It is very convenient to rent a scooter on-site. The pool area is great

Excellent breakfast and Quiet for Vietnam! Cheap moped rental and really friendly staff.Chilling at the pool was very nice and at night the wall behind is lit up for some amazing views.

For us perfect, but if you don't want to use grab/taxi or moped it's maybe bit far for walking to Tam Coc. However, we walked 5-10mins to amazing restaurants so not a big issue (we saw this as positive)
