Nan House - Tam Coc

The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. Service and attention was excellent and we loved the herbal foot bath!

Everything especially my hosts. They were friendly, willing to share, lady boss even helped my father to wash his towel ?.You can borrow the bicycle for free. The day when we arrived it was around 24degree the place was infested with mosquito. Luckily it dropped to 16degree and I didn't have any problem with bugs for the rest of my stay.

The place is amazing but not that well maintained.

Everything! It was our favourite accommodation. It felt very luxury and the host Tuan was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the bikes were so handy. A short walk to the busy centre but in a nice quiet area.

The owner is very attentive to the guest's needs. The rooms are clean. I liked the shower and my wife liked to use the foot bath before going to bed. The house is in a good location - close enough to many good restaurants in Tam Coc but far enough from main road to be quiet. We liked the breakfast.

Fantastic stay! Quiet but still close to all the main points of interest. Great restaurant on site. Definitely recommend!

The room was large, the breakfast was delicious. The hosts are very kind, helpful and attentive. One thing travelers should know is that the homestay is 850 meters off the main road. This is true of many of the hotels in Tam Coc, and the hosts provide free bikes to get around. A lot of hotels rent bikes.

Some of the bikes could use maintenance or replacement.

It was fantastic

The freshly cooked, pre-ordered breakfast was in a peaceful setting at the rear of the accommodation overlooking a tropical setting. The home stay is an oasis of well-loved, lush green gardens with ample private garden seating. The kidney-shaped pool is a very welcoming arrival that was well used by young families on our 4-day stay. The staff are incredibly polite and genuine while the home stay location is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc to easily walk there yet far enough away to avoid the late night energy.

The hot water in our room only lasted enough for 1.5 "quick" showers. By the end of the second shower, it was luke warm so wait 20 mins between showers. The bed was on the firm side for us but overall, excellent value for money.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The grounds include a swimming pool, a pond at the back and a beautifully landscaped garden. The room is supper spacious, clean and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked in front of you. The mango was the best mango I've ever tried! The staff is really profesional, helpful and kind. They organised the transfers from the airport and back to Hanoi. There's so much to do and see in the Nihn Bihn region that I'd like to come again at some point. I'd definitely come back to nanhouse!

I couldn't find any fault at all!

We had a beautiful stay at Nan House on the weekend whilst visiting Tam Coc. Firstly I do need to note that when we stayed, the views didn't match the images online, so I guess the photos are older from when the area was less developed. We had picked the place for the views, so it was a bit disappointing not to see the fields and mountains as pictured over the overgrowth and the rather unsightly construction works. BUT! This was made up for by the impeccable service from the lovely staff and the stunning resort itself. It's not their fault at all the area is changing and they made sure our stay was comfortable. Plus, the room was lush and the herbal foot bath was a nice touch. It was walkable to town and would be ideal for someone to wanting quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

Lingerie was a divine host.The rooms smelled of cinnamon and were so lovely

Good location, good size room

Bed was really uncomfortable for both of us, too hard and led to back pain. Tourist tax on laundry, as there is no way we did 9 kilos but the owner charged us that much (max 3 kilos of washing).

The place was well maintained, clean, and very peaceful. Tuan the manager and his team were extremely helpful and took care of pretty much everything. The location is quite good, not too far from the main strip at the same time, not bang in the centre of all the noise.

The room could do with a full-length mirror apart from that everything else was on point.

Good location for Tam Coc. Mr Tuan was friendly, helpful and always available via Whatsapp. Free bicycles that we used every day to cover the entire area including Trang An. Good size room with balcony. Two great restaurants within walking distance (Thao Beo Restaurant and Mami Restaurant).

Breakfast only modest, with small coffee cups and no refills offered. Bathroom windows could be kept cleaner. Reasonable value but not the best when compared with similar properties on our six week trip to Vietnam.

We had a lovely stay at Nan House recently. Mr and Mrs Tuan were both friendly and welcoming, as were all of their colleagues that we interacted with. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was cleaned daily and I have to call out the housekeeper who went the extra mile for us. Our luggage was filthy and one day we arrived back to the room to find she had cleaned them all for us. We thought this was really kind and saved us a task of doing it before we left. Great service. We had a couple of small issues with the room which Mr Tuan fixed right away for us. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Always starting with a fruit platter and yogurt, then a choice from a decent menu and tea or coffee. The facilities were good with the free access to bicycles which we used most days. You could also rent scooters easy enough. Our laundry was taken care of for a reasonable price too. The location is about a 10 minute walk away from the main road so it’s an ideal location. It feels rural, and there is plenty of farm life surrounding the property as well as it being next door to a temple. The ducks like a chatter during the night, and the rooster is always prompt. I’d recommend Nan House as a decent place to stay and would definitely return should we ever be back in the area.

The property is was lovely. The rooms are big, the communal areas and pool are so nice and tranquil and the staff were really friendly! The location was also great - very close to the main town but quiet at night. The breakfast was also very good.

There was construction going on beside the property and was sometimes noisy but it didn’t disturb our sleep on the property grounds.

Nice rooms at a quiet location and they offer free bikes to ride around. Good breakfast that's taken on a terrace in nice scenery. You have all you need there. Friendly and helpful owner, too. I recommend.

Lovely place, slightly off the main road but just a 5–7 minute walk away. The host family is very kind and helps with everything you need. The rooms are spacious, very quite and the bed is super comfortable. We can 100% recommend this place for your stay!
