Great location, beautiful landscaping, scenic, and amazing staff.

The location was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and supplied us with ginger and honey tea or water whenever we wanted it. The lodge is set in lush gardens.

The bed was comfortable but was on a wooden platform that made it slightly difficult to get on and off. The food in the restaurant varied in quality.

We loved our stay here! You’re a 8 min bike ride away from the boat cruise, around 20min bike ride away from the viewpoint & cave. The property is beautiful and we especially loved our bungalow on the river. It felt a lot more luxurious than in the pictures and what I expected based on the price. The food at the restaurant was really good too!

Everything took very long and we felt like overall they may be understaffed. When we went to the reception to get bikes we had to wait 5 mins until finally a staff member stopped even though they kept walking by us; on the first night we waited for our drinks for dinner about 30 mins, the second night also 20 mins etc. Would be nice to add a few more sun beds & umbrellas around the pool.

Breakfast was greatStaff were extremely helpful and able. Nothing seemed to be a problem. They were very knowing with options. Open to conversation always. All linen towel, lines very clean.Great communication from home before arriving to assist from hanoi to Nihn Bihn.Would rate very high.Thank you

Construction work

Beautiful property in a quiet tropical setting. Staff and food were excellent. Short grab ride from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc and other attractions. They also have free bikes to use and ride around the beautiful countryside near the hotel.

The walls were a little thin and could hear people in the adjacent rooms.

Beautiful property with clean comfortable and stylish living quarters. Staff was generous and attentive.

The restaurant service was a little bit slow but food was good.

The property is well situated, tranquil and very relaxing. The rooms have a nice balance of being comfortable and spacious, while being well integrated with nature. The best part, though, was probably the staff. They are all very friendly and welcoming. They also helped me book transportation and gave some good recommendations. There is a new Vietnamese soup cooked every day for breakfast that we enjoyed every day. For dinner, the mountain goat hot pot was fantastic. So good that we had it again on another night.

The hotel was quiet and serene, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The landscape from our room was beautiful and the staff truly went out of their way to help us with anything that we asked for. Buffet breakfast with a hot ready to make order dish available every day during our stay. We hope to come back again one day.

Nothing that I can think of

We loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was incredible in meeting all of our needs and were extremely accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our room and waking up in such a magical location every day. The spa was also amazing and incredible value!

We loved the location, very tranquil and scenic. We also appreciated the complimentary use of bikes to get around. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

We weren’t a huge fan of the food offered.

This is a beautiful property in the middle of lush, green landscape, yet not so remote that you can’t get to it easily. The bungalow was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the huge bathtub. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only thing I didn’t love was that from my room I could hear everything happening in the bathroom next door.

We loved the lush surroundings of the property, staff were friendly, competent, attentive and helpful. Note: you have to request the room made up. This is an Eco Lodge so they are into sustainability. The location is within easy biking of the major sights of Ninh Binh. They have free bicycles and a scooter for rent for 200k (about $8) per day. Food at the restaurant was generally good and the included breakfast had western and Vietnamese fare. The view from our room (201 as I recall) was spectacular. There is something to be said about waking up to such beauty.Finally, the spa services available on site are both reasonable and very good. Treat yourself!

The hotel is up a flag stone paved path. The venue is equipped with carts manned by employees. They are necessary to move your luggage

Great location, very nice staff, comfortable bed

room was really dark, we were on the lower level, so we could hear pretty much everything from the room upstairs and they were up very early :(

Beautiful property and excellent staff. Airport transfer from Hanoi was affordable and seamless. Beds were very comfortable and it’s an easy Grab to the boat launch and many dining options. Highly recommend taking advantage of the free bike rentals and riding around the Trang An. The food and beverage onsite was solid and reasonably priced. The spa ambiance is nothing special, but I had an incredible massage.

Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool with no window tint or other privacy measures, so our blinds had to be shut the entire time we were in the room. Not a huge deal, but if available try for a bungalow or top floor room with balcony.

Our river suites were lovely and the location of the property hidden among the misty hills of Trang An was magical

The property is a bit run down and not well kept. Particularly the grounds could use more attention in terms of cleaning and maintenance. Rooms a bit musty.

Our bungalow looks exactly as they advertised. We utilized their pool before breakfast and before we head to sleep. They arranged our transportation back to Hanoi, purchased our tickets in advance for us so we don't have to get in line, they all speak excellent English. Every staff are exceptional.

Gorgeous property with an amazing staff. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful as they helped with many logistics. The bikes on site to use are fun for putting around town and the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved is the quality/variety of the meals but it was ok.

I believe there was a bird in the room's attic.

Loved the location, the pool, the restaurant and most of all the staff! Would love to go back one day!
