Very helpful staff to arrange airport pickup and the day trip nearby. The room is clean and quiet at night.

Great location is our second visit here, staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Close to everything all in walking distance! will be back again

Rooms are a bit tired

The hotel is walking distance from the Main Street. The rooms are a bit small for a family of three, but the bed was big and comfortable.Has a nice pool which my daughter loved. Across the street is a a very cheap Laundry service which was of a great help

The location is excellent—just a few meters from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was fantastic.

I’m not reviewing the hotel itself, but the laundry service we requested and paid for during our stay.I handed in a bag of white and beige clothes to be washed. They were returned nicely folded in a plastic bag, and since I was packing my backpack, I didn’t unfold them right away. To my shock, when I finally opened the bag, I found all my clothes ruined—covered in dark stains.Worse than the stains, the fabric looked worn out and old. These were clothes I had either bought specifically for this trip or worn only once or twice. Some were favorites that I can’t replace anymore.Honestly, I’m writing this out of disappointment. There’s no way to recover what was lost—no compensation can bring back items you really liked and felt good wearing.

Highlight of stay was staff member named Rose. She went over & above & made our stay. Her English & personality wonderful. Breakfast excellent. Pool area & surrounds lovely. Big rooms & bathrooms. Cannot fault place & location. Perfect.

Location is perfect, just into the old town with all services nearby as restaurants and shops. Staff was fantastic, very profesional and friendly, helping and providing all the info we needed to have a nice stay in Tam Coc.

Rooms are a bit old fashion, but plenty of stuff you should have. Maybe, just to propose any suggestion, it would be fine to perform some upgrading into the room.

Happy with the hotel, facilities, breakfast, all good value for the price. Location is great - just 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. And boating at Tam Coc is hardly 2 minutes away. Lot of options to eat, some good restaurants nearby.Staff was just amazing! They were very helpful with any information or help that we needed. Room was good sized and clean. BREAKFAST was good, hot options as well like eggs and pancakes.There was a massive pond at the back with many fish and it was very entertaining for my son to watch.

Pool wasn't very clean and felt there were mosquitoes in the evening, so may be more regular cleaning/spraying was needed

I love this place, It is wonderful. The swimming pool is beautiful and the surroundings.Everything was clean. Nhung was very nice and she helped us with everything. She is super kind. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

The receptionist Bella was so nice. The hotel can be lucky to have her since she made us feel so welcome in Ninh Binh. We also really loved the location, it’s so easy to get to all the sights plus you have so many restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel was fantastic, clean modern room and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They couldn’t do enough to help us, Nhung in particular was brilliant and sorted out our onward bus pick up and gave great advice about where we could visit in the time we had. The location is perfect, right by the lake but off a quieter road.

Great location. The quality of the bicycles for rent was good. The bed was comfortable.

It did not look like the photos. We had a "villa" which was really only a bed, and both windows went out into the courtyard where you couldn't have them open as everyone could see in, and they faced 2 walls. The entry to the hotel is full of boxes and supplies everywhere, and is very out of date. The lady at the desk kept asking us how much we paid for our driver, which was an uncomfortable welcome. The breakfast was ok, but only the orderable options. We were charged more for the bicycle rental than the sign said.

Fantastic location and wonderful/kind staff.

The bathroom was rusty (I.e. needed updating). Also the ceiling of our room needed to be cleaned as the humidity was causing there to be a lot of dirt build-up.

Great location, right in the middle of the town. At walking distance from a lot of good restaurants. The service was great, they helped me with transfers from airport and to my next hotel in the centre of Hanoi. I also went on a day trip on one of their packages which was really nice. They do have construction in the adjacent property (5-April-2025) which can tend to get a little annoying during the day. But I guess one can’t really tick each box - this is no fault of the hotel. Can’t recommend enough. It was so comfortable and relaxed I honestly didn’t want to leave!

Great staff in a great location. Very helpful arranging tours around the local area and organising a driver for onward travel.
