Thuy Anh Hotel

High ceilings, good view, great staff

Bathroom needs a blow dryer

Nice hotel, staff were great

Hotel was really nice but Unfortunately we were only people in hotel so restaurant was closed No breakfast at hotel and we couldn’t find a cafe open anywhere near hotel to get breakfast. Couldn’t find a bar on the evening either to get a drink

For a night it is ok, but the pictures and the reality are a bit different. The rooms are worn up, with an old feeling, not like the impression you get from the photos. No breakfast because there were a few people checked in.

Quiet sun coming in at the end of the day. Roomy.

AC clicked.

The front of house staff were fabulous, helpful, thoughtful of our needs and caring

Only the AIr con, it clicked but bearable noise

Large room, Strong AC+ Cleaness

Yellow light

Very nice staff, large and clean room

I stayed there for two nights, both nights the hotel was crowded by really noisy guests, arguing loudly on the floors at night. Internet on my floor didn't work. But the staff was really nice and tried everything, fixing the problem!

The room was quite spacious.

They only had private tours and the staff couldn't really help me with finding a group tour.I also think it was a rather pricey room.

The guy that welcome us was great. Hé let us chooce a room and did the tour.Very friendly

No satellite tv

big room, friendly staff.

very tired facilities, cracked shower head, musty, gym not usable- incredibly dated !

The rooms were clean and spacey. Also the bathrooms had a nice shower.

One day, there was a smokey smell going up the staircase.

The breakfast was ok, staff went to lengths to accommodate our needs during the low season

The room was in good need of maintenance, the toilet in bathroom was constantly leaking and even after speaking to staff about it, the leak was not repaired, thankfully we stayed only for 2 nights and was releaved to have left

Very accommodating staff!Clean room.

Beds are hard and there is very little sound proofing.

really good value for the price, staff very kind and helpful, room very clean and spacious

nothing to mention here

The location is great and the hotel is very comfortable. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Unbeatable value for money too.

Nothing!

The staff was extremely helpful with getting transportation to Hue and making sure, that we got securely on the sleeper bus, when the transportation company suddenly canceled the hotel pickup on us.The breakfast was also very tasty and the room was bigger than expected. Renting a scooter was an extremely easy and quick procedure.

The walls weren't exactly soundproof and we have had more comfortable hotel rooms before - which doesn't mean it was bad in any way. We didn't really understand, why we had to pay the scooter in cash even though we paid everything else by credit card.

The room was big, the bed was comfortable. The locations is very good, it's in the city center.

Location and staff very good. Excursions to country side provided by Hotel was very nice and reasonable price.

Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Over we were very happy with the hotel.

Really nice and helpful staff ❤️ Very nice place, felt cozy
