The shower is an extension of the jacuzzi. It’s not high enough if you want to shower. I booked a tour through the hotel which was not great value for money

I had a truly memorable stay at O Zoli Home in Ninh Binh. Tucked away in a quiet and scenic area, this homestay offers the perfect balance between comfort and natural beauty. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a rustic charm that made me feel right at home.What really stood out was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering great local tips and even helping arrange transportation and tours around Ninh Binh’s stunning landscapes – from Tam Coc to Trang An and Hang Mua.The property itself is surrounded by lush greenery and limestone mountains, making it ideal for relaxing or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both Vietnamese and Western options.If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with kind-hearted hosts and beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend O Zoli Home. It’s a hidden gem in Ninh Binh that feels like a home away from home.

That said, there were a couple of small things that could be improved. The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, so sound from neighboring rooms or the hallway could sometimes be heard, especially in the morning. Also, while the location is beautiful, it’s a bit far from town, so getting to restaurants or convenience stores requires either a bike or a taxi — not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you prefer walking access to everything.

Super clean and chill room with full amenities – ceiling fan, A/C, fridge, and smart TV with Netflix & YouTube. Looked exactly like the photos! Great location, just a short walk to Ninh Binh Old Quarter, and only 15 mins by bike to Trang An, Mua Cave, and Hoa Lu. They also offer motorbike rentals, super convenient. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful. Price was very budget-friendly too!

A/C in some rooms wasn’t super cold at night, maybe due to the high ceiling – but overall still a great stay. Highly recommend!

O Zoli Home offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere right in the center of the city. The location is incredibly convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was well-furnished, clean, and had a warm, welcoming design. The host was very kind and responsive, always willing to help with useful local tips and support. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring.

The only downside was that the room had limited natural light during the day, which made it feel a bit dim at times. However, these were minor issues and didn’t affect my overall experience much.

The braekfast was good, the staff was very nice, polite and helpful.

the room wasnt very clean, there were a lot of dust arround. The bathroom was ok, but it was cold overall.

It's very close to Hoa Lu Ancient Town where there are lots of dining options and a lovely view at night. There are also ATMs across the road. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Room size, amenities, air conditioning, wifi, sparkly clean, comfy bed, quietness, breakfast and very friendly and helpful host to provide you informations and travel services.

The property is in the city center and far from the visiting places and restaurants around Tam Coc. Manageable if one can drive motorcycle.

We travel lot and stay in booking but this is by far one of the best that we have chosen. Staff were lovely, extremely kind, very clean and smooth communication. Can book you anything you would like.

Location is very near to places of attraction which make it convenient for travellors. The owner is very helpful and organised the itinery well. Good planned tour despite change along the way tosuit the tight time frame.The food prepared for our tour is very delicious. Well taken care of for vegetarian like my family.

It would be better if the hotel can build in lift although it is a 3-storey building and heating function for airconditioner especially for cold weather like winter season.

Lovely modern, clean family run hotel. The host is so helpful and really nice. Close to old quarter, pedestrian street, and easy to find the nice restaurant near by. Highly recommend for your stay in Ninh Binh

It was relatively close to the lake, walkable. Room size was not bad, cleanliness was passable.

No lift available, so be prepared to carry your luggage. Located in a rather dark, hidden corner. There's a jacuzzi bathtub with a pull out shower, but the water that came out was lukewarm at best.

We booked 2 rooms and they were both very spacious in comparison to all the hotel rooms we have stayed in so far in Northern Vietnam. The staff were sweet and offered complimentary water bottles in addition to the ones in our room.
