Tam Coc Min House

The room was clean and spacious, with a very clean bathroom. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Renting a bike was very convenient. When we checked out and had a long journey ahead, she thoughtfully prepared a small bag with bananas from her father’s garden and water for us, which we truly appreciated.

The view from here is incredible. Clean comfortable rooms with great value for money. The owner is lovely and kind. Beautiful location a little bit out of town which was great ? we also left our prescription glasses here and the owner is helping to get it back to us in Hanoi. Really nice!

The homestay and the host were awesome! Breakfast menu could be a bit more varied, but it was still delicious each morning.

The only problem was that all the bikes we rented were in poor condition - didn’t start from time to time and finally stopped working (luckily near the homestay!), so we had to change them twice. I would recommend renting somewhere else.

Very clean, nice and it was spacious. The owner is cute and delightful, she always had a smile on her face which made us feel very comfortable here.

Beautiful surroundings and nice clean room view Mountain view. The staff was lovely and helpful and the price is good.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hostess was an absolute treasure and did her utmost to ensure a good experience. Loved staying there. I even enjoyed the 10 min cycle ride to and ftom Town ⁸centre. Highly recommend.

Not much to dislike at all. Just maybe a little far from town, getting back in the evenings. But still, I enjoyed cycling around the villages and country roads.

Wonderful place, nice calm and authentic neighbourhood. And the walk to the main street is with just the most amazing views!

Great value for the price, spacious cleen room, wonderful location. Everything we needed was there. Super friendly lady running the place. Stayed 4 nights. You can have a nice breakfast.

No problem for us, but the homestay is about 1.5 km from the center. Bicycles and scooters can be rented at the hotel.

Location, quietness and view from rear terrasse

Breakfast is light some buffet would be nice. Some fresh fruit,toast, yoghurt... In short a bit more A bedside lamp would be nice // bright néon light

The hotel was very recently built as so everything was new and great condition. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were all new and clean. The girl working there helping her sister was extremely thoughtful, hard-working, and welcoming, making our stay extremely wonderful

The owner is really helpful and friendly. She showed us all the things to discover around area with famous local foods. We tried foods outside and gave up with them until tried foods at the hotel. If u don't wanna be disappointing with foods outside, try to order foods at hotel or ask for location before going out. Hahahaha. Highlight: The view at the balcony was amazing in the morning with the goats climb on the mountain

The property is recently build, so everything is still very new. The view from the terrace over the rice fields and limestone mountains is beautiful. The owners are super friendly and will to everything to make you feel comfortable. Also, renting a motorbike or a bicycle at the guesthouse is possible for a low price, to be able to go to the Tam Coc town quickly or to explore the beautiful surroundings of this place!

Tip-top facilities and everything was spotless. This staff lady presented a true show of Vietnamese hospitality and genuineness; The service was kind to the extent that we felt we were treated as family. Everything in the hotel was new and worked well. We will visit again.Also, I asked why there were no other reviews, and apparently, booking.com deleted them for being too positive :(

The location is currently difficult for some taxi drivers to find due to the hotel being new. The receptionist is not always present, but you can always call her on the phone, otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We loved how spacious the room was in this property and the bed was really comfy!
