Good shower

Noisy street. Terrible customer service. No one at concierge desk in morning or evening. Lost our payment records and would not acknowledge when I showed my receipt and my credit card payment record which I accessed directly.

We arrived very late, way past the reception opening times. Still the staff kindly arranged keys for us. Rooms were all right for a sleepover. Fun park Playmobil is 15 mins drive away.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.

We were unable to turn the heating on. Not a big deal but the ladies found the 17C a bit too cold :-)

Very nice, comfortable, clean, spacy. Possitioned very well to the metro. Next door you have bakery. I think they can arrange parking. Really great valu and frindly stuff

No facilities at all, Too far from a Uban Close at 20h00The Breakfast was very below average, did bother to have any The water was never replaced in the rooms The room didn't have tea or coffee No restaurant or Bar area or Refreshments station i was not aware there was not a elevator no staff on hand on Sundays & front door is locked

Clean room, free parking, friendly staff

There was a drainage problem with the shower but that was fixed the next day.

The host was really kind and helpful. The rooms were well equipped, and a bottle of sparkling water was served.

The beds were not that comfortable and the rooms were really too warm. (No climate control) Unfortunately, we haven't slept that well.

Good hotel! The reception is only opened to check in time, after this you need the access code you recieved. The breakfast is good On a small walk there is the restaurant (https://www.bierhimmel.bayern/), nice place with lot of locals (use the menu on website for english card)

The is no ac on the room. Fortunately our room was good located and the tempature was good unless the warm days

Bed was comfortable, location was great with parking availability. The small balcony was nice where we had dinner.

Room was too small. Check in wasn’t very clear as we received information to go into the wrong room and in the middle of the night another couple arrived and tried to get into our room as they also were told to take that room. It would help if staff was there for check ins.

Total value for money. I liked everything!All was like on the pictures - even better.

Nice place, well maintained. Good quality for a low prize. Complimentary sweets very a very nice touch!

The host (receptionist) made the stay 100% perfect. I have never seen such a nice person welcoming you in the morning checking out even that she mentioned she was a night person. Keep on the good work, I am a fan, and will come back :).

They don't pick calls. They are not flexible in terms of timing.

The room was quite big and the beds were super comfi.The lady at the reception was friendly and helpfull, giving us informations about taking the metro downtown to see the Christmas market.

Everything went perfect, the staff was welcoming and helpful. I arrived quite late during the night and it was no problem to get into my room. I also left very early in the morning. The room was already paid over booking.com, so it was again no problem. I could leave my car parked in front of the hotel.
