Nice new hotel in the center of Fürth. Excellent bed. Nice and functional new rooms. Friendly staff. Great offer for the price.

The quality of the products (Cheese, Ham, Fruits, Bread, etc.) at breakfast can definetely been improved. It's probably a chain decision, but almost all the products presented were qualitative cheap. I would have preferred a rather more limited choice, but with higher quality. Coffee was good! :)

The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was ok, you still need to walk a good amount to get to the city center and Christmas markets.

There was no safe, no fridge and the breakfast room was always very full of people, sometimes there were no seats available.The customer service was not great at breakfast time. Nobody would reach out, the waiters would pass by and ignore us.

hotel quite new with a nice design- very confortable and we had 2 rooms communicating between each other- perfect for a stop over or weekend trip.

We booked the hotel for the christmas time. The privce was reasonable. In Nuremberg the prices were too high. We liked the hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. It is located 25 minutes by car from Nuremberg old town.

Charged 25 euros per day for our small dog (West Highland White Terrier), one of the most expensive fees I've seen so far.

We've stayed here over the years since the hotel opened. and in different seasons. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is easy to drive to and park, and a short walk from lovely Gustafstrasse, and the city center. The staff are always nice and helpful and there is a wonderful woman working the breakfast service whose good cheer just makes your day. I wish I could recall her name, but her smile is memorable and we told her so. We have family in the area and enjoy Fuerth, and will keep coming back.

A small fridge would make this perfect! A place for leftovers or a few cool drinks would be so nice, and many comparable hotels have this.

Very clean and quiet. with a convenient parking below the hotel. the breakfast is rich with a selection of fresh products

the already made pancakes weren't that good. it would be great to allow the guests to prepare on the fly pancakes or waffles. Pillows were extremely soft, too much for my taste

I arrived a day later than planned because of ongoing strikes at major German airports. I notified the hotel about my delay in advance; however, upon my arrival, they informed me that they had canceled my booking without letting me know and could not provide me with a room. There was a huge event this week in Nuremberg, so finding another room on such short notice was impossible, let alone in the middle of the night. I told the receptionist that my room was prepaid, I hadn't received any information about their cancellation, and since the city was booked out, they had to find a solution for me. It took them about half an hour to find a room where they threw in some clean bedsheets but forgot the towels, and the cleaning was not up to standards. They wanted me to move out the following day but eventually agreed that I could stay for another night, which was also prepaid by my company. They didn't clean the room the next day either... All in all, this was just a bad joke. Never again, Holiday Inn Fuerth!

Breakfast is very good. The hotel is close to the subway station. Rooms are clean and bed is really comfortable. Staff was kind and very helpful all of the times.

Right centre in a quiet area, almost within the town - most importantly: the Stadttheater is within easy walking distance!

The staff was very professional, polite and helpful with all our requests. Hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also providing everything we needed.

Dog Friendly, sorry but I have no idea why a 1,6 Kg. Yorkshire have to pay 25 Euros by night.The special room cleaning is not functioning, as there was a Kassenbon (see picture) already at our arrival, and room cleaning staff, who the hotel take 25 Euro extra by night for "special room cleaning, because of dog" left where it was behind a so called Pillow-chair.Furthermore in the room no container for dogs water and/or food, no dogs pillow.If I have to pay 25 Euro by night for our dog, well than I want the relevant service as well.For this reason, my evaluation, not dog-friendly !

This is a recently built hotel. Everything is new and very well-kept. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast does have a few variations, more than enough for 1-2 week stays. Amazing Tea.

It was warm, confy. The reception was ok. They have a delicious and diversified breakfast.

The AC was making an annoying noise when we shut it down. We didn't need it, so we had to keep it running all night long. The staff from the breakfast serving area didn't speak English.

The breakfast choices were excellent and extremely varied with attention to fresh ingredients First class

Check out the showers for potential flooding due to short shower screens. But that is only minor but spillage longer term could cause dampness .
