Very good atmosphere, with nice staff and very clean rooms.

Booked two rooms. One to the street which was great. Breakfast was great and very varied.close to the city center

Other room faced railway .trains all night and very noisy

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast, if you prefere it the German style. What I additionally noticed, the scramble is made out of eggs, and not egg powder. Coffee is okay, not terrible for sure. The reception is very flexible with check-in/check-out hours. They let us check-in at 6AM and the last day we were allowed to stay till 4PM for an extra cost of EUR 15.00. I'm sure, this depends on the availability, still it was extremely polite of them.

If you have the possibility to bring your own pillow, do that.

Parking directly behind the hotel at a fair price. Underground station can be reached by walking in just a few minutes.

No kettle or simple coffee machine in the room. However, a kettle could be borrowed.

Bad management leading to infringement of privacy. We had other guests be given the key to our room, a broken safe and contractors in the span of 3 nights.

Almost €300 a night per room with such a low level of service and we regretted deeply in our choice.With this price but at a hostel level with its facilities & services (with very simple breakfast).The reception young girl could not express herself properly in English.No kettle, tea bag, no drink water (in bottle) in the room with such an expensive price. It is a shame.

Clean Rooms

Super basic rooms with not even a kettle to make tea/coffee for the amount paid.The motion sensor bathroom sink is ridiculous! it has a really short timer. good luck washing your face.No mini bar or fridge. Breakfast was too minimal for the amount paid.

Excellent hotel - every single details - signature horse/stable design, materials, colour selections were well thought of. I personally loved their designs. Location also top, walking distance to city center and train station. Fast connection via train to Nürnberg, we took S1 with only 1 stop to Kindermuseum Nürnberg to avoid parking issue - very convenient. Parking available at hotel for €8, especially during peak hours in the evening after long day in Playmobil Fun Park. Much less stress without having to drive around to find free spots. Spacious, modern design & clean room - absolutely top!Bed was especially comfy, I had good sleep on it. Breakfast is absolutely must-have, worth it and delicious. My toddler was so excited with the pancake machine and Nutella machine. A plus is the Photo Booth with beautiful horse as backdrop for fun-family photos and cosy corner with board games, Jenga, books for family to spend time together. Overall, the hotel was a perfect choice for us and it has exceeded our expectations. I would definitely return here to stay next time!

Nothing major, everything is perfect. FYI: Except that there is no longer a fridge or water boiler for making milk in hotel room, one can easily ask or buy basics from receptionist or bars.

All aspects of the facility were excellent. Well appointed rooms. A few minutes walk to railway station with excellent links to Nuremburg. The interesting 'old town' area of Gustavstraße is an easy 15 minutes walk. A very appetising breakfast and friendly staff make it a great place to stay

A small thing: The pillow has the thickness of a paper towel. The mattress is fine but with a pillow that flimsy it is not easy to relax. And perhaps the bathroom bins should have bin liners, at least for the convenience of those who have to empty them.
