- The air conditional equipment worked
- The staff was very friendly indeed,the restaurant was always kept clean,the seating outside on the patio was very nice and relaxing my daughter and I had breakfast outside on our last day there. The security guard was always there whenever we got in late
- Good location in Kitty. Easy access to taxi and minibus. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool.
Cons -
- The place was badly run and breakfast was haphazard. Our room was barely cleaned two days out of six. We are owed a refund for one day but this has not been forthcoming
- Arrived in late basic rooms are not basic at all was really rundown filthy sheets couldnt sleep in that room had to go back to front desk and get a what they so called a dulxe room disappointed in the advertising. Boys stayed with his family entire trip.
