Water was cloudy and nasty, coffee maker leaked water all over the table and luggage, hotel restaurant required previous reservations from 7 pm on, no onsite laundry, tv/cable was inoperable
The price
Room was on the second floor with no elevator. It was hard to carry bags and suitcases up. The drain to the shower drained really slow, stood in 4 inches of water the entire shower.

Location was great, plenty of parking. Room was quiet and clean. Comfortable beds.
