- the front desk was amazing! What a friendly, welcoming ambassador to your hotel! Hotel employee made our stay very pleasant.

- We were traveling for a hockey showcase and the facility was booked. Understandable that things were chaotic for the back of the house.
- The room was old/outdate, there is sign of crack/rusty on the door frames and other metallic. In addition, the outside door from the south end of the build was not working, having to walk to the front door to get in.
