Lots of breakfast options, greeting on tv, location to our destination

No hot tub, the weekend breakfast lady not friendly

Lady at bfast was not terribly helpful, but it was 9:45

Breakfast was delicious...clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel employee was so kind she was part of the breakfast staff.

The sheets smelled strongly of scented laundry soap. If you have allergies like I do, it will bother you.

Staff including, front desk, managerial, breakfast, housekeeping very personable and helpful with complicated matters regarding a wedding with many out of state guests. They had several weddings at the same time and were able to calmly handle all.

Location not easy to get to restaurants without transportation.

Pictures made it seem newer than it actually was. The assigned floor smelled like a smoking floor. Room with 2 beds -one bed was new the other was nasty and old with stains all over. Unfriendly staff. Coffee machine broke. No coffee in the morning.

Sink was clogged. Had to pay for my water. I generally get free water because I¿m a gold Member.

I liked how friendly the staff was, and how breakfast changed everyday.

The beds are super firm. I would have liked a more medium mattress. That's just a preference thing though.

Nice lobby, clean, quiet

Room cleaning only upon request. We didn't know this & were disappointed to return to a dirty room w/o fresh towels.We expect cleaning every day unless we are told otherwise. The firealarm went off at midnight, false alarm. Took 20 minutes to turn off.

Stayed for 4 nights and was located appropriately for my meetings in the area.

My room, a non smoking room, but definitely smelled like smoke, #318. However, it was very clean. Breakfast should be back up by now, Restaurants can serve food so hotels should as well. The mask policy should be follow CDC's guidelines not be stricter.

The pool was warm and clean. Grab and go reakfast was great. Room size was larger than expected. Great experience, especially with kids.

The beds we¿re very uncomfortable. They have an indoor pool but not heated very cold. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool, very disappointed. They should mention the free breakfast Is very limited on the weekdays.
