- The staff at the front desk are very professional, and everyone is friendly. I love the breakfast here, and the lady who runs it is incredible! A free breakfast is always something I look for when I stay in hotels and this one was exceptional!

Cons -
- Love the rooms. I am also grateful that they are open to let people stay in the lobby area to work, as I am in transition and needed to work after checking out. They also let me into a conference room when I had a confidential webex to attend.
- Toilet didn't work and no trash can and when asked they put me in another room they was disrespectful
- Breakfast was pretty bad and did not meet Holiday Inn Express corporate standards.
