SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Southwest at Burr Ridge/Hinsdale

Super quiet, non-smoking, good location.

This is a nice hotel¿ I like the breakfast and it has a pool, the parking is free most times and only $5 other times¿ It is in a quiet area but right around the corner from restaurants and stores, right off interstate 55¿

The hotel is due for some upgrades¿

They charged for parking , $5! I¿ve been to this hotel many times and they asked for a parking fee. Damn money grab and no notification. This is a community hotel none of the others charge for parking. Also old hotel room is nice but old and the sink isn

We really liked the hotel. We were traveling as a family with three little ones. Pool great. Breakfast was "normal" but had plenty of options. Room clean and comfortable. The extra room was nice for the kids.

Staff,didn't greet you when entering the building. They were having personal conversations with each other.

configuration of the room, especially the bathroom. Sink faces the beds. if you are getting ready you will wake up traveling companions.

For me the location is good, the breakfast wasn¿t fresh, the chedder cheese was rotten, and no bread. The room it self was ok , kinda old, and you have to bring your adopter if you want to charge your phone.

It's nice to have a suite lay-out the room size was ok with the usual pull-out sofa,desk, 2 person sit down eating table, micro and fridge.

1 person 2 beds I had 6 pillows to use. Too bad they were ALL fluffy, not a 1 or combo gave ANY support. Towels and linen were clean bed was ok. Location is on the outskirt of a business park (office not Industrial) @1/2 mile walk 2 eat

Check out time is noon! After a night celebration, it was wonderful to wake up a little later and still enjoy the pool!

The spacious room, friendly staff and housekeeping.

The guest right across from me were extremely loud. Their little girl would constantly scream and cry.

The place is sparkling clean. The room met our needs. The staff was friendly. There was plenty of free parking

Breakfast is still "grab and go" bags. That's not breakfast. The pool is still closed. Whether this is the hotel's policy or that of Illinois' tyrant, I mean governor, I don't know. If it's hotel policy, I hope they change it.

Room next to us was propped open with a towel - not sure why this was left like that.

The bathtub was brown. The furniture is dated. When I looked into the corners of the room, it looked dusty.

The location was good for us.

Did not like the layout of the room. And I requested 2 queen beds and got 1 king.
