Nice room

Front desk staff didn¿t speak English, so I had to come back because she gave me wrong room, and then the manager had to help her.

Great rooms. Very clean hotel.

Small bathrooms was my only complaint.

It's clean and the room, bathroom, shower arrangement is great. It is also a very quiet hotel.

The covers on the beds were still damp. Asked to have them replaced-never happened! There was a dirty Q-tip and bobby pin in the coffee cup. On last day we asked the front desk to have trash taken. They said someone would be up to do so-didn't happen.

Every time we stay in Burr Ridge we stay at this hotel, it is the best hotel within 30 or 40 miles! Clean,,safe, the staff, the pool, and the room were all a 10!

Clean and modern

No WI-FI had to be a member. No breakfast had to be a selective member no complementary coffee had to buy Starbucks . Brought in food /10 pm ( understand ) bartender loudly said no eating/ ate 10¿ away we spent 200.00 in the bar.

Close to many local stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice, modern look to hotel. Very comfortable beds.

No free wi-fi? It¿s 2021. I could get free WiFi at econolodge. Just disappointing

Clean, masked employees and customer service

Feels more luxurious than a 3.5 star hotel should. You can sync your phone to the TV so that your phone becomes the remote control.

I’m a Marriott member so this didn’t affect me, but they do charge for internet if you’re not a member. I get disappointed when companies nickel and dime you for things like this.

Very nice hotel clean and well kept

The mattresses are older, or seem that way I have come to this hotel over the years and mattresses are lumpy.

Clean room, good amount of space, comfortable bed, pretty quiet. Pool was a comfortable temperature and hot tub was nice.

Wish there were a microwave in the room, and a better mini fridge.

Our meeting and training session was held at the hotel. One elevator was not in service and it did make for some delays.

The room was big, superbly clean, and the staff was very friendly.

My room was missing towels and the worst part was the shower wasnt cleaned properly hair everywhere very disappointed

I love staying here. The staff is friendly and accomodating.

Why charge a room service charge fee plus 20% gratuity. I found that to be excessive.

They provided me an early check in accommodation, they worked with me for my cash deposit because I lost my debit card and on my last day they approved my late check out of 12 noon. Amazing first time stay at a marriot

It was hair from the previous guest in the sink

Since I have become a regular the staff is beginning to get to know me. The rooms are always clean.

Upon check-in the room card application was not working and the bellman had to open my room door for me. The front desk assured me that when keys could be made that the bellman would bring my keys to me. 4 hours later, nothing. I eventually got them.
