LivINN Hotel St Paul East / Maplewood

Having a RECLINER in the room is a HUGE plus for me!

No towel bar anywhere near the sink (for wash cloth or hand towel). Just a single bar for a bath towel at the other end of the room. There was a coffee spill in the elevator with a "Wet Floor" sign over it, & the spill remained there for 14+ hours.

All the staff was really nice. The room we had was really big enough for me to maneuver my wheelchair around easily. When the room was finally made up, it was done really well.

Day 1 found a maid & asked for our room to be made up.But when we got back, it wasn't done. Day 2, talked to the front desk and had our room scheduled to be made up at 11.But it never got done. Day 3 same. Diapers piling up & stinking. Day 4 finally done.

The location was great. The common areas were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled bad. Most likely from pets. It was very noisy from inside and out, throughout the night.

Would not stay again

Reviews & photos were very misleading - this was not in a great area and was not a decent hotel. The room was tiny, had a weird smell, was poorly “remodeled”, fridge didn’t work, electronics were old, smelled like smoke/marijuana, didn’t feel safe. etc.

My room was not ready upon check-in and the bathtub drain was clogged and was draining extremely slow. When I tried to shower the bathtub filled up and a piece of onion came out floating from the drain. It was disgusting. I took a picture of it.

quiet, clean, great location, hot breakfast and good variety of items to choose from, affordable!!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Somebody should have clean parking lot, it was dangerous with snow and ice.

Super clean and no wear and tear in room. Granite countertops and beautiful furniture.

Convenient parking, elevator close to my end-of-the-hall room, making it easy to use end-of-hall exits. Pleasant staff.

Staffs so means, Breakfast are no good especially the egg and sauces, Toilet and shower are very slow drain, room smell bad, smell weed on blankets and pillow

The people. They were kind, friendly, and caring. Appreciated the breakfasts. Love that they had a laundry available. Easy to find, lots of parking, and elevators.

The bed was hard as a rock. Backaches every morning. Hot shower helped. No rubber mat for the shower. It was very slippery. Fortunately we put down a hand towel in the tub.

Very cheap. One bed broke.(had to change rooms at 10pm) refrigerator was not clean, breakfast peanut butter scooped out into containers. 3-11 staff amazing. Night and AM staff curt

Room was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Great location. We always stay at this hotel when we are in town. Great price.

Location and the staff was Very nice!

The bathroom was odd. I would strongly request that the rooms on the front side of the hotel get curtains. I didn't enjoy being woken up by the sunrise at 5 AM! The blinds did absolutely nothing!!

Fantastic price! Helpful, friendly staff. All my relatives were on 4th floor for my uncle's funeral. Wonderful experience for all of us. Thanks!

The pancake machine broke.

It's Clean, carpet not badly soiled. No stale odor, smoke smells!! I Didnt see any PETS!!

At breakfast, hotel ran out of yogurt. More variety in fruit choose, ie. bananas, seniors have a hard time eating apples, HARD!! Fruit cups, a good suggestion, peaches, pears, etc. Thank you!!

Clean room. Nice new carpets. Nice common area for a nice breakfast. Nice updated bathroom. Nicely decorated.

Wifi not secured... need to upgrade. Had to request coffee refills on days 2 to 4. Smokers near building entrance.

Very clean and safe with great location!

One time the elevator smelled like marijuana, but I understand they can't control individuals' every behavior, but otherwise this hotel was much cleaner and smelled far less like marijuana than the hotel we stayed at across the highway

The rooms r clean and stuffy is great I stay about two times a month trenten is a great staff person best check in

Weirdest thing happened! My wife went down to breakfast ahead of me. When she returned, I opened the door to a uncomfortable situation. My wife was there with another woman who insisted that she needed to use our bathroom and we let her! like a set up,
