The staff

The furniture in the room was worn down. The fridge cupboard door was loose and ready to fall off.

We had ants all over our bed, when we brought it up to the front desk they were extremely rude about it.

The bed was horrible to sleep on- sow belly and smelled like sweat. The room was substandard

I did not love the bathroom sink outside of the rest of the bathroom. Also didn¿t care for the lighting at the sink area. It was awkward/difficult to apply makeup with that lighting. Would¿ve been nice to have another mirror over by the window somewhere.

Our room had a panel falling off the wall under the sink. While it was clean otherwise we traveled with a baby so had to try to keep him away from that.

Room was great; staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Location. Quiet. Easily accessible.

Everytime someone flushed the toilet and it would start filling the tank emitted a loud high pitched whine like a smoke alarm. Very annoying.

Convnient to all 3 children. Had a balcony with chairs, but chairs very dirty. An informational sheet given at check-in that stated their was a Grab bag for breakfast,only for hockey guests.No info that coffee bar open. Purchased own Brkfest Room great..

Updated nicely, people were great.

There was mold on the lid of the ice bucket. Everything seemed very updated a nice until you opened the shower curtain. Yellowed surround, very dated shower. But would boom again for sure.

Love this place. Quiet and convenient. Have stayed here before and will return in the future.

There were some high school girls sports teams staying here and there was excessive noise coming from the hallways and the room above. No free breakfast.

Quiet; great room: smaller with one king bed and a sofa.

Very easy to get to, didnt have to worry about parking, easy to get to anywhere we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

A very minor thing, but the way the cooling unit was set up somehow didn''t reach the bed. It sort of swirled around.

Clean, modern and quiet

For being a 3 star hotel I expected a free but good continental breakfast. It was a 5 Star breakfast that cost an extra $30, which made the overall room price seem like less of a good price.

The bed was comfy and the water was nice and hot in the shower. Balcony was also a great feature.

The exterior of the building was dumpy. Trash receptacles by the side doors were overflowing with garbage the entire duration of our stay. There was also vomit in the parking lot that somebody should have done something about.

The courtyard was wonderful.....in beauty, greenery and even a gazebo. Loved having a sofa and coffee table in the room

Our room was at the end of the hall just past the pool on first floor by an exit. So noisy with doors slamming and kids running around. Couldn't find hotel info in room so we didn't know where ice was, if there was room service, etc.

Location for my class was good. Hot tub was nice. Room was comfortable.

Bed was a little on softer side for me and air was very dry.

Checkin was so quick! And they were so pleasant. The whole process put a smile on my face. The rooms, halls, and pool were clean and decorated very nice. The whole experience was better than expected:)
