Short walk to room

Three items in the room malfunctioned. Two lights and one hanger

It was modern and reasonably clean

It is located right next to a distribution center, with trucks beeping willing backup through out the evening and early morning

Location

Cigarette butts need to be picked up by picnic bench across from front entrance. Staff needs to know breakfast hours. Too bad it doesn’t have hot tub.

Breakfast

I paid for a 2 queen bed room and they provided me with a king bed room with a pullout sofa. When I told them I wanted my 2 queen bed room they told me they had none availiable. Didn?t even offer me anything for the mess up.

Location.

No early check in until 2 pm. I called a few times but nothing was available.

Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. I was impressed with the cleaning staff. So many hotels don?t bother to refresh your towels or make your beds during a stay of three days.

The parking was crowded.

The gathering/breakfast room is very comfortable, using comfy couches and chairs along with a variety of tables. Our group could easily spend time together.

The beds were amazing, decor, and amenities.

We faced the BIMBO factory and since I am a light sleeper, I could here the semi noises, especially the reverse beeping.

The person on duty was very nice, friendly, and helpful

Bugs in the room!! Unfortunately, I brought them home with me and had to take steps to get rid of them at my house. And there were crumbs on the desk chair when I pulled it out.

The friendliness of the staff, the interior decor of the hotel, the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, and the continental breakfast.

All was good

The smell of the bread factory behind the hotel. The location was good until the ramp was closed for the time we were there.

I was told Housekeeping happens only on Tuesday and Friday. We had a Friday check in and Sunday check out so 3 days. I saw Housekeeping on Saturday and asked if the room will be cleaned today and she said yes. We came back later that day it wasn't done.

I was located on first floor which is not a great place for a woman traveling alone, although I had great accommodations. Clean----and I loved the shower versus the shower in the bathtub set up!

Location

Had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning heater. Food quality was poor. This property has deteriorated since it was sold.

Price and service. Breakfast was better than average.

The location is close to interstate 35 and in a mainly industrial area.

Easy to get to & close to the businesses I needed to connect with. Good breakfast set up.

Coffee wasn't very good.

The bathroom is amazing, although they don t supply lotion.

Parking lot is too small and spaces are not accessible.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Room was welcoming.

Sure wish the staff were wearing masks! Did find some stray hairs when I first came into the room.

Comfort, cleanliness, safety and quick.

Higher than what I normally go for, but so worth it! The continental breakfast was supposed to go until 9. Many items were gone by 8:30 and not replenished.

Free breakfast was a bonus!

Hotel maid disposed some personal items, which was a challenge however, I did get compensation for my stuff.
