The hotel was in a good location and the amenities and staff were wonderful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and welcoming.

The complaint that I have is that I was stuck in a room that was next to some type of utility room and I was woken up several times with the noise. I also heard next door neighbors as clear as day. The walls seem to be paper thin.

The staff was very kind. Near many food and shopping options.

The room was very over fragranced. Our room was on the ground floor with a concrete wall just outside.

Not enough handicap parking spots, need to expand. i believe there were only 5. we were lucky to get the last parking spot each time we came back to the hotel. The mattresses were worn out on one side, definitely not comfortable sleeping on a dipped bed.

We couldn't figure out how to get the remote to change channels. It would turn the TV off and on, and change volume, but not the channel. We tried two different ones. Not a biggie, I'm sure they could have fixed it if need be. We went to the pool instead.

The location was central to all the functions I attended during my stay. I liked the kitchenette due to having many food intolerances. I appreciated you offering mixed berries at your breakfast bar. Having an Aldi next door was fantastic!

more than 1 cleaning during a 5-day stay would have been nice and would have kept me from running to the front desk for more paper towels and toilet paper. (We only had partial rolls to start our stay). A single meat offering at breakfast would be nice.

Unclear on how to get housekeeping to come by/empty trash. Was not told or given instructions for wifi access.

The rooms are fantastic. The bathroom was nicely sized. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was almost non-existent. No hot tub.

I liked the layout of the suite. It served our purposes very well. We would definitely stay again.

I wasn't crazy about the sliding doors for the bathroom. We had a young child that we were trying to get to sleep and people in other rooms were constantly banging the sliding doors open and/or closed fairly late into the night.

Very nice - fairly new hotel. Would be great if you were staying for an extended time. Room was very clean. Would be a great place to stay if you had kids and cooked in.

There was a parking ramp next door and a parking lot for a local grocery store nearby, but parking lot near the hotel was always filled to the brim every night.

The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The staff was very nice.

The facility itself is brand new, and the build and architecture is phenomenal. It's way above expectations for price point and compared to it's competition.

The breakfast area was completely inadequate for the number of guests that use it in the breakfast rush. Really the amount of buffet space needs to be at least twice as much SqFt. We had issues with the fast wifi option as well.

Everything! The entire staff could not have been nicer to us. The rooms are very spacious, and we loved having the (well stocked!) kitchenette to prepare meals. Lastly, the hotel provides FREE laundry. Gotta love it! We will most definitely be back.
