Paying for a breakfast Understaffed when checking in

Very nice, clean, big room.

There were a few dead bugs in the pool area.

They cancel our room without notifications until we arrive at 1 am with our 2 children under 3. They overbooked and wouldnt accommodate us another hotel room since it was there fault. They only had 1 room and and they said they still had to be cleaned.

Clean, bright, updated decor. Easy to find, good location, nice landscaping, friendly staff.

Great Staff and very nice clean rooms.

We thought there would be breakfast available, but discovered that it not complimentary. Photos show typical breakfast nook with nice area for eating, but it had a significant price.

This hotel is absolutely awful and I would never stay here again. The 1st room we were checked into was smelly, not cleaned very well, and the water for the shower/tub didn't work. The front desk moved us to another room fairly quickly though.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Our second room due to the 1st one not having running water in the shower..I ended up getting bites in my ankles in the second room and it was a cluster of 3..which usually means bed bugs so yeah its a no for me.

For the price of the hotel you had to pay additional for breakfast. The door to our room had a large crack in it. The bathroom door didn't close properly.

Didn't know that you have to ask to have the room cleaned. For the money I paid, I could have saved 40% by going to a lower grade hotel. Had to ask for towels for the pool and ask to refresh the Waffle mix, which I paid $9.00 each for, and coffee.

Quiet. Clean.

Would have preferred a complimentary breakfast to a restaurant breakfast.

Breakfast was OK/Average. No Yogurt. Only Grapes for a fruit. NOT Bad in any way, just not great. They are going to full kitchen next week. This would not change my thoughts about going here again repeatedly!

Very clean, friendly staff. I left a jersey behind and they were able to find it and will be mailing it back to me. Great experience and would definitely stay here again

Front desk staff (young woman, can’t remem her name but she is in mid—20’s, long dark hair) was exceptional. Super friendly and accommodating to our party of four ladies.

Clean, friendly hotel. Convenient location and easy to find. Will definitely stay there again.

Great bed for sleeping!

No availability of decent food later in the evening. No bar. Pool much smaller than appears in ad. Breakfast overpriced.

Breakfast buffet was $12, only thing different from complimentary buffets was made-to-order eggs. I heard people complaining it was not worth it. Glad I did not go for it.

clean and welcoming environment. Staffs were awesome. But, there were a few moments that we were uncomfortable in the lounge while we were having breakfast as other guests were looking and staring at us. Overall, Hilton hotels has always treated us well.

The only thing that make use feel unwanted was when we were in the pool and a mother and her girls were staring at us and looking at us like we should not have been there. Also, when we're in the lounge having breakfast there were a family staring at us.

Came in late. Front staff very welcoming,and informative. Only thing I believe for your star and price a real cup for coffee and quality Kerrigan coffee would should be expected. Especially since you serve food in your mainlevel
