Hampton Inn by Hilton Brooklyn Park Minneapolis

The breakfast server man was very rude...he told us he'd make the empty coffee when he had time. He was sweeping up a back kitchen area. It was at 7:15am which is prime time for coffee.

The hotel is in a great and safe location.

I did not like being charged for parking. There was plenty of parking and I was not told that I would be charged prior to signing in. I have stayed at the same hotel previously and was never charged for parking.

I did not like being charged $10 to park in the hotel parking lot on 8/21. If there was going to be a charge that should have been mentioned when I booked the room.

Cleanliness and the room was nice.

That used to be a very nice hotel when it opened now it?s soo bad the front desk people and the manager is so bad the front desk personnel are all rude and if you ask for a manager the front desk was told to tell people that the manager is out !!

Beds were insanely hard and pillows completely flat. Husband and I woke up both mornings hurting and barely slept.

The heated pool and free continental breakfast were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

the room was stuffy, and there was hair in the shower. I had to clean the shower myself. the carpet had an old smell.

The hotel was updated and clean, staff was friendly. We had a room near the elevator and it was still quiet. The breakfast was nice. The ladies working we¿re keeping the food well stocked and the breakfast bar very clean.

The location was great for us, about a 3 min drive to sports complex and restaurants. There was a gas station across the street, but otherwise felt industrial. Not an issue for us. Felt safe. A smaller pool and no hot tub, but again, not a huge issue.

The Hotel and Staff were friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again if back in the area!

Paying for parking was something we did not expect to do. We were less than impressed with the food availability in the area as well as the bar/restaurant in the hotel being understaffed and slow. We understand with Covid the smaller amount of employees

Absolutely nothing. The hotel we booked turned out to be closed. You took out money and we had to stay in a different hotel.

The room was dirty, the bed was stained. We paid for 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 bed and a pull out couch. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Newly renovated, very clean. Breakfast was delicious with great hosts and great smiles!
