Staff at the front desk was fantastic, he truly went above and beyond.

Their website says parking is $10/day. I was charged $20/day. The front desk person said ?yeah it was changed. I wish they?d change it on the website.? I was told my refund ?request? would be put with a pile of others. No refund after over a week. SCAM.

My check-in time was at 3:00 pm and when we arrived we wanted to check in and get out stuff in the room so we could head into Zion. When we got there at 2:50 they said the r cleaners were behind and we will not be able to check in until 4:00.
