Hampton Inn & Suites Lino Lakes

I liked the freedom to come in from the back door and go straight to the elevator with no hassles from anyone and the privacy.

I did not like that the sauna was out of commission and I was even sadder to find out that they were talking about getting ride of it completely do to the fact that it was seti g off there new high end over engineered fire alarm system that nobody can fix

I've been here a few times.Kinda my go to local getaway.Always very clean ,quiet,good location,lots of shops around and very friendly staff.

I called the front desk I asked why they won't refund me. They left me on hold 15 minutes them hung up on ke.

That staff was great and it's location is perfect!

The room was disgusting. Stuff running down the walls, someone's kid hand and lip prints all over the microwave, the floor didn't look vacuumed, the bathroom had no vent fan and the shower didn't drain

Staff was friendly and the main areas were clean and well kept, but see next regarding room.

There was significant black mold on the ceiling of our room where we slept. Since we arrived to the room after 1am on 1/1 we did not notice it until we awoke the next morning. I notified the staff when checking out.

The hotel was fine, just had no record of my reservation and had no room for me - sold out!

The location was great, off of the main roads so was great for quiet and to walk pets. Breakfast was also fantastic!!

The rooms was smelly & musty. The pillows were terrible and the bed was uncomfortable -hard as a rock! Also found a bug in my bed. Will NOT be returning!!

Location and cleanliness

The front desk staff was disorganized and less than professional.

I really liked the hospitality of the staff and how clean everything was.

Location but that is only because of the view but that's not the hotels fault.

The pool area was nice looking

1. The hot tub was too cold 2. The pillows were way to soft. I like a firmer pillow

The rooms were huge, the beds were very comfortable. I think the beds were about the most comfortable I've ever had with any hotel

Breakfast was very subpar, eggs tasted like they were powedered.

They had a wonderful breakfast room and good selections. The staff kept it well supplied.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast but sadly didn't have time to use the pool.

The room layout was eye catching but when I had to get up several hours ahead of my husband it was inconvenient. Except for the mirror in the entry way the room was clean & comfortable.

Nice room, comfortable bed. It was busy, several hockey teams staying, but quiet. Great breakfast selection.

Location for our specific needs.

Check-in time for the hotel was 3 PM. We arrived after 3 PM and the room was not ready. I asked if they could assign us another room and they offered a room on the smoking floor, we are non-smokers so that was not acceptable. We had to leave and return.

Very nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Loved the waffle bar at breakfast. Hotel was a little out of the way. That was my only complaint.
