- The breakfast wait staff. Hotel employees were so pleasant.

Cons -
- Grout in shower needed replacing. Also limited number of items in bath. There was no shower cap, no toothbrush, no toothpaste etc. I have never stayed in one that was this limited.
- Overall aging interior. Needs renovation. Breakfast was a negative experience.
- The restaurant. The staff was nice, but there was a long wait because two restaurants and in-room dining were all running out of one kitchen, and dinner wasn't very delicious. Breakfast was great!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was able to modify my room type from two queens to a king when I arrived.
The restaurant. The staff was nice, but there was a long wait because two restaurants and in-room dining were all running out of one kitchen, and dinner wasn't very delicious. Breakfast was great!
