rooms were clean and tidy

There was no heat on cold winter day , they have these giant blowing units in the rooms which were blowing cold in middle of winter all night

This is my second year visiting family in Hoover. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to Starbucks. This hotel is very clean, good breakfast and wonderful staff.

No ice machine on our floor. Front desk didn't answer the phone. No hairdryer in the room but staff did find one for us. Overall not a good experience

The staff at check in. She did not greet us. She asked for my name and credit card and then handed me the room key. Not a welcoming interaction.

As a professional wedding cake designer/baker, I was in town with an eight tier wedding cake and staff was unable to accommodate my request for a table in my room.
