Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North

• Cleanliness
• During a recent cancellation of flights with Delta, everyone was scrambling to find hotels to spend the night. Hilton was booked for the night needed but with a flight not available for 2 days I decided to book a room. They told me I could come stay in their lobby, which was very spacious, clean and had AC! They were going to allow those of us who had been up ALL day/night to get into rooms early but until then we were more than welcome to sleep in their lobby. They had an amazing breakfast as well. I never got to spend the night with them due to finding a flight out that same day. They canceled my reservation without charging me as well. Praying I never have a flight canceled again in Atlanta but if I do, I will stay at this friendly place. Thank you all for showing those of us who were stranded what Southern Hospitality is all about!
• The distance from the airport to room was perfect, As far as the room, I didn't have no tissue....As I book for for 2 extra nights, total rate was $295.. But when I check in it went to $395. Also when going to the hot tub it was broke

Cons -

• I arrived with a lot of luggage. I received no help whatsoever. I used two carts and realised you can’t get them over the lip at the doorway. I had to unload and reload again inside, all the while your single receptionist watched on. Do you need more staff? Then wheel both to the lift and take one up at a time. Very disappointing.
• Breakfast options; jacuzzi out of order
• Better planing due to holiday
