I had to be moved from 521 to 117 the room was not clean at all the bed & sofa bed was dirty 117 sofa bed was dirty as well I just asked for more sheets and redid it myself no housekeeper because they said they were short staffed but my kids did enjoy the pool and breakfast.. the shampoo bottle was sitting in the shower when upon our entrance, it was not hanging on the wall with the others I did mention it to them at the front desk
