It was super close to to beach, very clean and beds were very comfy. Will definitely be staying here again.

We really liked the room for its size and location.

I didn't really like the pool (too small for the entire building) and the cleaning, which should have been better.

We really enjoyed our stay all services were great. We will return and recommend to family and friends. The condo was just right with a full kitchen and modern fixtures through out.

Road noise at night which was less audible by 1 am.

It was quiet, roomy, well ventilated and located to beaches as well as shopping area.

While we didn't use the TV much while we were there, the controller was a little hard to figure out. There was a chest of drawers in the closet in the bedroom which I assume would be used if the stay was longer but for us it just took up space to hang....

We arrived early, the room was already available. The staff was super friendly. All in all a great experience, much better than I had expected.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything I need to make meals. The unit was clean. We were super close to John Pass.

We were on the second floor facing the road and the road noise kept us awake starting at 6 am. I was told by booking.com that I booked a balcony facing the channel and that was not the case. When I asked the Manager about it, he just said that I should of booked through the resort. That when booking through booking.com there were no guarantees. He said no other rooms available and nothing he could do about it.

Liked the location. Just across the street from the beach. The unit was on the intercoastal side, so not directly on Gulf Blvd. which I really liked because it’s so much quieter. The gym was nice, and there’s a pool and hot tub, so that’s nice (a little loud directly facing Gulf Blvd).

I really didn’t like that the building doesn’t have ANY recycling options. There’s a waste chute on each floor only. I asked a janitor staff about recycling, and he confirmed that they have no recycling. The unit itself was fine. I found it a bit dark, with only one window in the living room, and a small door to the deck. But clean. The pull-out sofa was broken on one side so it make it difficult for me (and my bad back) to pull it out each night. The main/principal bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke pretty much the entire time. The man in the office suggested that it was likely from the heat being turned on (since it was chilly while we were there), but it wasn’t that type of smell. I’d say it was cigarette smoke, possibly coming even from another unit or deck. We also found that there wasn’t enough storage. Especially folding/drawer space. Especially for more than 2 people (we were 3). Other than that, they were missing pretty basic items in the kitchen such as oven mitts, extra tea towels and cloths. Also, there was only 1 extra blanket for the 3 beds in the unit, so we bought another one.

Gave us 2 rolls of roller paper for 5 people for 4 days and then told us we had to buy our own. The staff was also extremely off putting and condescending

Location was really good.

The room was nothing like was shown in picture! The tub was 4”-5” higher than floor and slippery making it dangerous. The room we were given hasn’t been updated in many years. You are responsible for taking out your own trash from trash cans which wasn’t a problem but when we ask for more trash bags the staff said you sure use too many trash bags! Half of the parking places were blocked off. Fire extinguisher was hanging from sealing by wires.locks on doors were standard locks and the keys were able to be copied.I asked the staff there about why it was nothing like the pictures and was told that booking.com shows their best rooms online then books the older trash rooms cheaper for their customers. Happens all the time!Bookinh.com drastically misrepresented this in their add and should be embarrassed and ashamed for treating people this way!

Great location and very comfortable bed and accommodations.

I would get rid of the rugs in the living room and bedroom they looked dated.

The location was great with the beach right across the street and John’s Pass just a short walk away. We were on the 6th floor and saw beautiful sunsets and watched dolphins from our balcony.

Check in was rather confusing as we had to find the office and then were sent to a different building to stay. There was no pretty view of the inter coastal or any outdoor areas to sit and relax anywhere on the property. The pool itself was nice, but it was in the middle of the parking lot between the two buildings and you had to walk through a parking garage and across the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant to get to it. The condo itself was cute, but the floors were filthy and it just wasn’t clean. The washing machine was a nightmare to figure out. The remote to the tv didn’t work right. Several lights didn’t work. There was dirt in the hallways and the elevator - even a pill on the floor that was there all week.

I liked the location and the staff was very helpful when we needed it

We had an issue with our first condo (602) the AC went out on us on the 3rd night of our stay. We were able to move to a different condo that was a down grade. While the 2nd condo was ok, we went from having a really nice gulf view with 2 balconies to one balcony and less square footage and a view of trees. I just want to say the David and Paul were a great help to us. I know things happen and those guys helped us right away to solve our issues fast.

Did not accept ESA documents after being told they would upon check in.

Great access to the beach, staff was extremely friendly, walking distance to John's Pass and other restaurants. Air conditioning worked very good.

The 2nd room didn't have a closet or dresser.

Location was convenient and easy to access.Staff was friendly.

Road noise due to traffic close to building.Bathroom fixtures in sinks and showers are functional but need replacing.
