Yes, they made us switch rooms after we were there for two hours and they told me I could switch to a two queen bedroom and when I got there, they said no you have a reservation for one king room & I couldn’t switch

Close to the beach

The room had a dirty towel on the sink, the worker told us when we got there We had to pay $15 per day for parking, they also put a $75 charge on the credit card without our permission. Told us Europeans would not complain…

Not a damn thing

Staff was rude, not helpful. No ice, no bath towels.

I did not like the fact they charged me for my 14 yr old daughter. I reserved a room that could accommodate her. It¿s not like she can rent a room by herself or even stay by herself. This was ridiculous. I have never paid for my child anywhere else.

Staff was great, and very friendly. Good location and comfortable room. Very clean.

Nice pool very clean Comfortable bed

Room 29 was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate. Considering the price we were very satisfied. It was a one night stay and having two restaurants next door snd beach a short walk was wonderful. Hotel employee was super accommodating

A roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. A could if ceramic cups dnd glasses would have been nice.

Their customer service was awesome! It was a short walk from the beach. The have gas grills right by the pool! We had a fantastic time!

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is outstanding! They were super friendly. Also the location is great. You can tell that they are working on improving the property so that is always encouraging.

The room and bathroom were very small but it met our needs.

The hotel was older but nice and clean. You had your own sitting area outside your door which I really enjoyed. The other guess at the hotel were also very nice. It had a fun atmosphere to it.

The location was the best feature of this hotel.

Considering the price of the room, they don't even allow you to have someone meet you on hotel property, say nothing about someone coming to your room to pick you up. I understand having issues with a group coming to use their facilities.

Bathroom required a step up into it and a step down out of it. Awkward at night in the dard.

Location was great

The room appeared to be clean upon entering and the bedding and bath towels were clean. But the facility seems to have a pest problem. Between my wife and I we spotted at least 6 cockroaches in the room as we hurried to leave that morning.

There were two staff members who were extremely helpful and friendly. Wes was one, and the other fellow I can¿t remember, but he helped me get some fresh linens. The air conditioner worked well.

Being threatened by the desk clerk was a real turn off for me.

The owner walked into our room without knocking, screamed cussed and told my friends they have to leave cause guests cant have guests over¿.doesnt make sense. She said we smoked in our room. We have video of all this too!

Nothing!

Its very dirty, it stinks, the shower curtain and walls are moldy, cigarette burns in bed clothes, linens are stained, no blow dryer, the heat was stuck on high; its a disgusting place! Cops were there alot. Dont go there!

wifi speed was good

The rooms are old and the shower curtain was moldy. The water from the shower head was very slow. Only luke warm water in the shower and sink sink faucet clogged, water only dribbled out The coffee pot was moldy. no tables in the room
