They need to install comfort height toilets. Vinyl balcony chairs not very comfortable. You stick to the chair when your skin touches. Recommend changing to more comfortable patio chairs.

Location was quiet and not crowded.

I paid for a Gulfview room and upon checkin was told none were available. They gave me breakfast vouchers which was nice but did not make up for the error in booking. I should have received the difference back I paid for gulf view vs parking lot view.

Beautiful, clean and courteous staff.

This is the best hotel in the St. Pete Beach area. It's extremely clean with beautiful rooms, excellent staff, Starbucks on site, steps from the beach, excellent food, comfortable beds, free warm chocolate chips cookies. This place was perfect.

The location. The staff were very friendly.

Parking fee looked a bit high even during the off season. Could provide some concession to guests already staying with them.

Proximity to beach

They asked if I was parking at the hotel and gave me a parking placard. Later I find out that they were charging me 25$ a day plus tax for the five days but never told me. They said it was on the fine print of the placard. Would not refund.

Room was only serviced once. I had to pull my own trash and ask every day for fresh towels every day.

Was surprised there was no free wifi in the rooms. We stayed at much less expensive hotels during this trip and had free wifi in our rooms.

Not informative closing early and loud disturbing noise wedding going on was asked not to use part of the beach due to photos normally it wouldn't be a problem but 4 kids and hours of waiting don't mix.

I asked them was extremely friendly and helpful.

I did not care too much for the pool area it needed to be refurbished and there was a trash bin by it that really smelled so bad.

Very Clean location! The beach and the amenities are awesome. You can walk to restaurants.

Our concierge was awesome, Hotel room gorgeous view and very clean. Location was perfect and the beach steps away which is what I was looking for. Tiki bar and restaurant right there facing the Gulf with great drinks and food. Impressive staff

The location is perfect! Right on the beach. So relaxing! Loved the cabanas that you can rent. Beautiful sunsets. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. They made our stay so enjoyable. The restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!
