The canned cocktail. It had been a fresh cocktail at the bar. It seems the elevator is still not working & older guests struggled with their bags

excellent location, freshly renovated so very clean.

Breakfast needs hot protein besides boiled eggs. Wish more personal experience, its B&B style but uses contactless system, No interaction. E-Communication was good though. Billing charged more than double, required multiple phone calls to fix

I loved the dedication to the themes and the added touches like the complementary snacks and beverages!

The bed could stand to be more comfortable, but I?m picky when it comes to mattresses!

Location was great. The breakfasts were home cooked and wonderful. We had a wonderful meal one night in the onsight resturant, Isabella's. All the room furnishings were antique. Our room was comfortable. Great experience

Next time I would choose a little bigger room. It is a historic inn and may not be for everyone.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and the bar and restaurant was a great place to relax, have a drink, eat and meet locals. My wife and I had a great stay.

The Charm

No refrigerator in the room and the mattress sunk down on one side so much it was hard to stay in the bed.

We loved the location and the bar downstairs. The bartender was very friendly and made great cocktails!

Maybe have coffee downstairs available to guests by 6:00 am. We found a place up the street for coffee at about 7. It would have been nice not to have to go so far for a morning coffee.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed. The location was fantastic since I could walk to restaurants and the farmers market was right outside on Tuesday.

Had to get up early for a local race and wish they had a coffee maker in the room since nothing was open for coffee nearby

I am a regular guest at this property. The location and ambiance is very cozy and beautiful. I will be back.

The water valve for the shower did not work well, such that water for the shower did not get hot. The water in the bathroom sink was good and hot, so the issue was not the water heater. Also, with cold temperatures in the 40's, the hotel did not have any heating. The temperature in the room had dropped to 66 F by morning.

Everything was perfect. The place was so cute and well done. The bartender was amazing. It was cozy and convenient to everything.

I was told twice by staff that my service animal was not allowed on property. I had let them know beforehand my service animal was coming and answered all questions asked of me in an email. Right on arrival as I was taking my suitcase to our room, I was told I was not allowed to have my service animal there. Then 10 mins later I was told the same exact thing from a different staff member when I was sitting at the bar. It greatly upset me. I think both of the staff were housekeepers.

The property is extremely clean and well taken care of all the employees are extremely nice

I wish the bar was open longer hours and a larger menu something like some light sandwiches or something of that kind of nature

The breakfast was a big let down, I thought it was a continental breakfast, but it was more a light breakfast :( like pastries and cereal.

Location was nice. Beach and shops and restaurant within walking distance.

Property was in poor condition and there was no breakfast. Breakfast was advertised. Not a good value for the price.

I liked no receptionist in the front desk

there is no pool, no jacuzzi.

The place has a lot of caractère

The room was to cold and the AC control doesn’t control anything . Tried to turn off the AC with no luck , it’s centralise . The AC was very loud. They are building a new restaurant downstairs so you will hear construction all day
