Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Tierra Verde

This is a great model of the brand. Spotless, welcoming and covered by great staff, it is so worth the stay. I use it when meetings are held on the beachfront (6 minutes away) because the rooms here are twice as comfortable (at least) without add-on fees

The location is wonderful and the room was perfect for us, super clean and comfortable

The parking could be free, the $12 fee is fair but there are too many parking spots that it would be a plus not to charge for it.

The room was dirty. And when housekeeping came on the Third day all they did was replace the towels. And they gave us a handicap room when that is not what we paid for.

this is one of the nicest Residence Inn hotels I have ever stayed at. It feels liek you are in a 4 star hotel. It's newer and has very nicely decorated rooms and common areas.

As a business traveler, this location is a little off the beaten path. You don't find many fast food restaurants around.

Great location for business travel to St Pete Beach. Gorgeous balconies & well appointed rooms when day is done. Rooftop lounge is lovely. By far the best alternative to big resort fees for lesser quality at competitors. Wonderful staff

Room cleaning service happened one time in six nights. Terrible in that regard. Was supposed to be every other day. When Ed asked for clean tiered you had to wait an hour for someone to deliver. If you needed extra blanket had to wait an hour.

Cleanliness and staff

Breakfast was terrible in the mornings. This is our second time staying at this hotel. We traveled down from Ohio. One morning, the sausage gravy was so nasty we had to throw our plates away. No ground sausage they used leftover sausage patties. :/

I paid for a bayfront balcony and did receive this type of room but it was overlooking a busy road. Did not meet my expectations of a peaceful bay view.

AC vents onto the outside porch which means it's noisy and hot air is blowing on you when sitting out there.

Allowing pets is great, but the clean up on the stairs ways needs to happens. Accumulation of dog hair, smell, and slobber on carpet isn¿t appealing to those of us without pets. Breakfast didn¿t meet expectation of a Residence Inn

The view from the rooftop was spectacular! Spacious rooms, very clean, all new. The location is amazing - not directly on the beach but just minutes away from the beaches we visited at Fort DeSoto and St. Pete Beaches. We loved it!
