The staff is unhelpful unfriendly the parking and valet are absolutely terrible! They lost my car. How do you lose a car?

Cleanliness

No parking, no directions on where to park when we got there.

Very friendly staff, location was 2 mins walking to Tropicana Field, room was amazingly perfect and pool was great. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and be back for future trips.

The BED! It is a sack of potatoes. Terrible. Especially for a couple. It feels like a Futon. Not up to par with the "House" Made my stay AND my friends uncomfortable. We won't stay there again just because of the uncomfortable beds. We slept on that sack for 3 nights.

The lack of self parking options. No parking lot or parking garage at the hotel. Only valet was available for an extra cost.

My favorite place to stay when visiting Central Ave in St Pete! It's so close to all of the restaurants and bars, within walking distance. The rooms are very big and I love that there is a full kitchen, washer and dryer.

Loved how it felt like living 'at home'.

The water pressure and heat was horrible, this is my third time staying at this location in St Pete and the shower situation needs to improve. The water is essentially cold and does not get hot at all.

In a great location if your looking to stay in downtown St Petersburg, not a far walk to get on the main street with all the bars and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked well.

The bed/mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt like a futon. I strongly suggest that the hotel changes their mattresses. Other than that the place was good.

Great location and a great home-base to explore the rest of St. Pete.

Having an ice-machine on-property would have been nice (our ice-maker was off upon arrival and we didn't have ice until our second day). Not a big deal - but would have been nice.

Most everything. I was accomodated to Switch rooms after the first night on second floor on noisy 1. Ave . Then spent 6 nights in 3rd floor quiet pool side room .

Parking is difficult - or expensive.

Very clean hotel. Air conditioner worked great! Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Washer and drier in room!

Amazing location, staff, and facility. Very clean room, excellent front desk people, and right in the center of it all as far as walkability. Would definitely stay there again.

Customer service via the off-site 1-800 number was not helpful nor very pleasant.
