Location- right on the beach and walking distance to a handful of restaurant/bars

Cornhole game on the deck is a bad idea. Loud and it goes on until 11 PM some nights

GOOD LOCATION. WELL MAINTAINED.

Sparkling clean, staff was exceptional and great location and amenities.

Need more hooks for towels that’s the only suggestion.

The room was wonderful with beautiful views and it was quiet. We ate at the BRGR restaurant which was expensive but delicious. The staff were all friendly and they made sure we always had whatever we needed. The only part that was just okay was the pool area, since it is a bit small, but this did not matter as much to us. This was an excellent place to stay!

I was charged $50 extra for a 3rd car parking pass, which I had a party of 8, which we needed 3 cars. And for the pool area which is open until 11:00 was not lit up for us to sit out there as well as the beach area. We came for my husband’s 50th birthday and wanted to be able to celebrated after returning from dinner which was about 10:00 pm and it was very dark.

It’s a bit far from the waterline but chairs are available to rent on the beach. We had Iguana Rental drop off bikes, ice chest, wagon & chairs for our use which was really nice but I think I would just rent directly from the beach next time!

The property was in great shape even with many other resorts closed still due to the hurricane last year. All of the staff were extremely nice as well

1. Wish the balcony chairs were NOT Adirondack chairs....they are extremely uncomfortable so we didn't use the beautiful balcony as much as we like to. Having paid for a gulf front room with balcony and if we had know we may not have spent the extra for gulf front2. Wish the gulf beach was a little closer3. Wish the fire pit and torch lights were lit during the week...they are beautiful at night

Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant.

There were numerous swarms of gnats in the pool area, making it very difficult to relax in or around the pool area for the entire stay. As a born and raised Floridian, I have never experienced that at the beach, anytime of the year.

Great hotel for families. Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Directly on beach, great food and excellent service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially John! He was always smiling and had great recommendations. We live in Florida so getting around is not a problem however for a family flying in from out of town, this is a great place to stay with literally everything you need in walking distance. Restaurants, Publix, Walgreens etc.

The location was close to everything. Quiet and comfy resort.

We were far from the 1 elevator. Husband recovering from open heart plus we are older. Need 2nd elevator or ask about wants for a better stay

Everything! Lovely hotel, the staff, accessibility to the beach, nightly turn down service. Everything was great!

The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. The staff was particularly helpful and accommodating. The pool / beach area was great and the views were beautiful.

$17 for a pour of Knob Creek is very excessive. I spent $12 at Middle Grounds the day before. Their pour was bigger.PS YES, I’m a bourbon snob

Location was walkable. To food and beach

They need to take care of there pool area and dinning area out side They need there furniture. Pressure wash or hose down. Every night. And the exterior sitting area
