Pet “friendly” $65 room. $100 mandatory clean up charge at check in for 11 lb dog. Room floor sweat at night.. yucky when you get up in middle of night

The location was great and the grounds were very clean inside and out

Strong marijuana smell in elevator and hall, but I could see how that is difficult to control

Loud kind of a party crowd with the bar on the 2nd floor but at the pool too.

Location. Hot tub ,veiws, comfy beds . Friendly staff , walk everywhere

We stayed 4 nights. The card to room did not work several times. We had to get new. That is inconvenient when your hands r full and u r on second floor. Thats My only complaint. This is My new favorite hotel

No gym, no fan in bathroom.

Very musty smell in room at arrival. Possible unsafe mold. Water started coming up through floors getting everything that was on the floor wet, including most of our clothes. You could not wipe floor dry. Very slippery and dangerous for an ADA room.

My elderly mother was unable to go sit on the patio as she loves, due to patio doors being to heavy to open and close , it’s almost impossible & a fire hazard!

The best thing about this hotel is its location, directly across from public beach access. The pool and hot tub were the next best things. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but it is located between a Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts.

The pool bar was only open one time that I saw during my three night stay. The last time I stayed at this property I really enjoyed the pool bar, but wasn't able to visit it this time. I would also suggest that they upgrade the pool towels.

When we booked the room it stated gulf side and that was far from true. The hotel was on the channel, the view from our window was another hotel not the beach nor gulf. I tried to cancel but was told no because it was pay 4 pm, hotel was booked after.

It was nice clean and homey feeling while on vacation.

Treatment at 2AM. Instead of calling me in house phone the hotel sent police to my room to say TV was too loud. Police threatened to hand cuff me and throw me out of hotel if I didn?t lower the TV volume. The TV remote didn?t work properly.

Staff uncaring. No one at desk 24 hour per day. TV doesn't work. Keurig in room doesn't work. Coffee machine near front desk, the decaf part doesn't work.

Toilet didn't work phone didn't work nothing worked had to change rooms three times and middle of the night I would never recommend this place to anyone

It's an older hotel but the beds were squeaky. The water pressure wasn't the greatest.

RATS ? so many Rats in the hotel on floor three . We had to stuff our door gaps with towels in order to keep them out overnight . Rat poop was all over the room and halls along with rats crying in the ceiling . Also the manager was horrible .
