Johns Pass Beach Motel - Treasure Island Beach

Found blood on the sheets and a trail of blood on the floor. It was after 11pm when it was discovered, front office was closed, spoke with the manager and she did not care at all! Found out that she and her daughter are the ones to clean the rooms.

It was very well maintained. Room was nicely painted, clean furniture. Bedding very comfortable.

Outdated stove and shower but it was not a deal breaker. Very clean and in working order.

It was close to the beach

It smelled and could of been cleaner.

I was pleasantly surprised-it was very cleaned, short distance to everything. 1 1/2 minute walk to the beach. Staff was super nice. It was very spacious and comfortable.

That it only has a 2.5 star rating as it deserves way better.

It's a small motel so there was never an issue getting poolside or beach chairs. Steps from the beach & a short walk to shops and restaurants.

The beds were not the most comfortable.

This older motel was very clean and has been refinished nicely. Its location is very near the beach and it has a nice pool. Overall it was clean.

Walk to John Pass. Free parking at hotel. Short walk to beach. Room was clean with large fridge, stove, coffee maker anddishes,etc. Nice pool area with plenty of seating and some shade. Small family owned place which adds to the charm. Will stay again!

Reported at 4 am about party/fight next door told we can try to call them. Door did not seal. You can see daylight all around it. Kids under 1 only stay free. kids stay free is misleading. not beach front property. Rooms very old are not whats pictured

We got the apt and loved the roominess of it with full kitchen and appliances. It was very clean and staff was nice.

Photos are deceiving ... This hotel is NOT located right on the beach as the pictures portray...You have to walk down a side road to get to the beach. Bring a wagon to carry your beach stuff. Our room was right off of Gulf Blvd and you could hear traffic.

Excellent location, very short walk to the beach. Management was wonderful! Very sweet woman maintaining things. I would see her outside working every day for hours on interior and exterior. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Lots to do and see!

Online listing was a little misleading, did not expect the room to be so small but it was decent for our needs. Shower would not drain :-( saw a few palmetto bugs in and around the room, though we know these are extremely difficult to maintain.

The location is perfect. Off the beaten path yet right on the beach. Walking distance to the famous Johns Pass. They have everything you need and every accommodation possible. And then there is  the best Host Ever.

The shower would not cool down and the bed was a tad stiff.

The location was great, right on the beach at Johns Pass. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The motel was older but the price was very reasonable. My wife loved having coffee on the patio above the first floor and watching the ocean.

We liked the ease to get to the beach and restaurants, the fact that is was a laid back style and we loved the staff. We will stay there again.

I can't say anything negative about this hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

I got what I expected given the very reasonable price. It's a much older mom & pop motel. It was very clean and that's all I was looking for on that trip.

I'm a non smoker. The rooms are non smoking which is great so all the smokers hang out right outside there rooms smoking. Not judging at all. Just hate the smell.

The Location was perfect, the room was very large and clean. I like to cook so to have a stove, fridge and put door grill was awesome. The pool is heated, short walk to The Gulf of Mexico, and there was a Ski boarding Santa on Christmas morning. Amazing

Quiet location at end of beach near interesting inlet and fishing pier. Large room.

Got a ground floor room so I could hear people walking around upstairs.

Needed a place for 1 night found this little place. We will definitely be back.
