Floors we?re disgusting, sea was hard to swim in because of hard waves

Conveniently located on the beach with easy access to the mainland. Yes, Hurricanes Helene & Milton have impacted this hotel and the surrounding community. However, it did not have a significant impact on our stay at the Island Inn.

The staff is very helpful and respectful.

Room had shabby furniture that should be replaced, (especially the futon) television should be upgraded to include more than basic cable, kitchen cabinets had MDF shavings inside.

Way too small. Nightstand was a joke

We had a 3rd floor room with an excellent view of the ocean

There is no fan in the bathroom to help eliminate steam/smell/etc.

Property is ok, but our nuit was facing street and hallway, so kind need to close the curtain most of the time. But for our purposes(short stay and just wanted to be in the area) very reasonable price.

Room was clean. View of the ocean/beach was wonderful. Room was decorated brightly and had a personal touch of decor. On site staff were friendly.

Bed was not comfortable. Room was not as nice as those pictured on Booking.com. The bottom of the door frame to the bathroom was rotting.

Pool area and Tiki bar. Great location. Easy parking. Great oceanfront value.

Rooms weren’t 100% clean. Floors were dirty Bathroom tiny. Beds not very comfortable.

Room was cute, balcony looked straight out onto the ocean. Staff was nice.

Checkout was at 10 am, and I couldn’t leave for my flight until 2. There was no place to put my bags so I had to take them to the beach with me. I know that’s really not the hotel’s problem what happens after you check out, but it would have been nice.

Location is great. Room was clean and nice. Staff was helpful. Pool area is great!

Elevator was broken for 24 hours and room was 6th floor. There is no housekeeping so having to continously go exchange dirty to get clean towels was not ideal.

No hot water and kitchen sink too small for doing dishes.

Employees were wonderful. Beach view was awesome.

Room needed ALOT of repairs!!! Curtains wouldn’t close, curtains were falling apart. Bathroom door was rusty. Trim needs to be replaced and painted. Glass sliding door had no lock. Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. Microwave didn’t function properly. Needed cleaned and painted. Didn’t feel it was my job to wash dishes before I left or take my dirty towels down to the first floor.
