Very small and personal. Amazing location, friendly staff, good beds. Kitchenette very handy

No fan in bathroom

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Awesome that they provide you with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas.

The parking situation was not the best, but the staff was great and accommodating myself and my family.

Tried to meet our needs for 1st floor after having us on 2nd floor. Not exactly as advertised.

Due to upcoming winter weather that was being on our way home, we checked out 1 day early, prior to checkout time. Bottom line, we paid for 3 nights, actually stayed 2. Since we checked out prior to 11:00, I feel we are due a refund. Didn't get an answer

Location! The beach is so close to the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. It looks like some of the rooms are about to be remodeled. They offer free parking, free use of umbrellas and beach chairs. We loved this place!

This small family-owned oceanfront motel was full of nice surprises. The room was recently renovated and felt like a beachy cottage with beautiful decor. The beds were very comfortable, with the softest sheets I've ever slept on! Wonderful& helpful staff

Contractors were working on other window replacements as guests checked out, installing light filtering, double-pane insulated. Our room had not had its windows replaced yet, so the noise from the people around the pool was noticeable as was road noise.

The location 5 steps on the beach! The heated pool and the clean rooms and kind staff! Beautiful couldn't ask for a better place!

Maybe could have TVs in bedrooms

The location was great, the pool was a lot of fun, the outdoor area with chairs tables and hammocks was fantastic. They also had a large container of lots of different floaty’s and beach toys which is great for people that travel via plane with kids.

My only complaint is that they need to figure out a different way of getting rooms cleaned by check in time. You could tell they were running around while past 4 o’clock to get rooms ready for guests checking in

The molloy is a very quiet peaceful surrounding place to relax and enjoy family time without the hustle and bustle of a large hotel chain I have already booked another stay.

The only bad thing I could say is there could be more parking but it's to be understood with the quiet surroundings your wanting

The location was great but the hotel looked old.

The hotel room was VERY HOt and there is only 1 ac unit,which wasn't in the room but the living room. Its way to hot. The bathroom was hot and small. The tub was small and needed to be repainted.

The beach was right out our door. The staff was very friendly.

The shower had absolutely no pressure.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

In serious need of updates. Ocean view room was more like tree line view. Rust on fridge. Doors falling apart. Beds were small for and average size person.

Location, location, location, and the staff was very accommodating. That's about it.

The room was very dated, but ok. Someone told me they were going to be updating rooms, so it might be a great find in the future. Also, the pool wasn't very heated. Parking is limited, so first come, first get.

The room we stayed in desperately needed to be updated . I think they will get around to doing that as they were working on other rooms while we were there.

Nice and quiet place located on the beach. Great location. Not too busy and most places were easy to get to from here.

Not sure how the "room cleaning worked". 'Nobody came to clean up or make up beds everyday. Had to get new towels daily from the front desk, but that was fine.

I loved the hammocks and the pool and how close it was to the beach.
