Was not able to obtain the key when we got to the hotel had to ask other people at the hotel where to go

Location and spacious

Parking if you had guests was none. There was broken reading glasses in the bedroom when we got there so it made us question if things were cleaned, couldnt find the blow dryer roght away, had 2 towels per bathroom.

The view.

Anytime I tried calling the front desk they didn?t answer. Knowing that we were stay 6 nights, we never received any type of service or check in to see if anything was needed. There wasn?t a front desk at the location we were staying at, either.

The family atmosphere, the pool, the quietness.

Close to the beach access, across the street from the beach. Free parking for one car and street parking or the other. The front desk person was really nice and gave us an extra permit. Washer and dryer are in unit. Full kitchen and sofa bed. Quiet

No shampoo and the second day my sisters walked over to the office .3 miles away for the shampoo. They were out. They went again on the second day, and they had to send someone with it.

The shower and bed.

No hangers in closet, broken dishes, malfunctioning guest toilet, bedroom blind didn't work, floors were dirty and ruined my socks, poor HVAC in master bathroom, hotel staff responded to my call for a missing shower curtain-yet had me come and pick it up.

Two bedrooms, 2 baths with balcony

The room was dirty. The master bath?s tile was very dirty looking and cracked and crumbling. The front of the stainless dishwasher looked like it hadn?t been wiped in months, stains in the couch, elevator broken (climb to 5th fl), no papertowels.

Everything! Dirty, rooms dirty, pool was dirty and not usable. Staff was not nice. We were traveling with our 80 year old grandmother. They put us on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of service. We all had to climb 5 flights of stairs with luggage

Staff desk person was not friendly in any shape or form. Seemed like everything was a task when we asked her a question

Room size & location

Staff was rude-dryer was broken so we couldn't swim-didn't apologize or give an update on when it would be fixed-we were there 4 days. Room was dirty-matted hair in the shower, tired furniture, lights out in every room. Bad experience!

I liked the layout and size of the condo. Area seemed safe and peaceful with the exception of noise from traffic.

Living room furniture is old and worn, furniture needs to be thrown out and replaced!!!

Pots and pans where not up to par ther where barley any. We asked staff and they did bring us a One Skillet after we asked a few times. The leather couch was not comfortable at all and did not look modern.

Location perfect scenery gorgeous staff helpful knowledgeable the rooms are very spacious & comfortable nice size showers best part is the full size refrigerator with a stove and they provided all the necessity¿s needed to avoid eating out .

Lots of dust so allergies were going crazy but nothing a pill couldn¿t fix

Master bathroom had mold. I decided to use the additional one.

Location was good

Room was spacious but worn down, fixtures weren¿t sturdy and some weren¿t even mounted (closet racks). Doors, baseboards and trims were very scuffed, could you fresh paint. Pool was very warm and dirty, jacuzzi looked unsanitary.

Large rooms

Room pictured was nothing like what we had. No water view, tattered towel hanging, husband had to manually lift chain in toilet to flush, remote in 2nd bdr didn't work.
