Pros +
- The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was waffles, eggs and 1 meat. 2 cereals and bread. Not many extras.
- The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
- The coffee was good.
Cons -
- Mold in the showers mold smelling in the hotel rooms horrible horrible cleanliness I would not stay at this hotel ever ever again
- The place was dirty. A little care to clean the base boards, corners and floors would have improved the overall look of the place. They could power wash the entrance to give the look of cleanliness. Tried to find a plug for our wall charger and the bathroom one didn’t work. Had to unplug a lamp . Thick greasy dust covered the outlet. Our bed was old and lumpy. The TV had double image and nobody answered the desk phone after 9pm.
- This hotel desperately needs to be updated. While it was clean, it was worn. Mirrors were chipped. Grout was stained. It just had a run-down look.

This hotel desperately needs to be updated. While it was clean, it was worn. Mirrors were chipped. Grout was stained. It just had a run-down look.
The coffee was good.
The bathroom and carpets were filthy; mold in bathroom and an odor that kept me up most of the night.
Breakfast was ok. Eggs with cheese in the middle a bit odd. Sausage was not very hot. Barely warm. Didn't know there was more at the other side of the room. Not cohesive.
Eggs with cheese folded over. Like warm sausage. Full length Mirror in room was horrible filthy. Never seen Windex. Mildew in shower.
Good location. Clean rooms. Friendly service.
Need to update some items. Carpets on floors hallways need to be replaced
Absolutely nothing
The place was extremely dirty from the entrance the room, the bathroom
Affordability well located
Hallways and the carpet needs to be replaced
Attention is good
My room had a problem with the toilet. The staff tried to help me, but the only thing they gave me was..
Location & comfortable bed/room
Breakfast
Breakfast was good.
This is a complaint that we have when we tried to check in at your hotel - LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham - 3701 N. University Drive - Coral Springs, FL 33065.We arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:16 pm. There was no one at the desk to check us in. There was another guest in front of us. We waited for a few minutes. I called to see if anyone was available at the desk. A young woman screamed that she was on the phone with a customer and slammed the inner office door. At this time, we became annoyed.(ANYONE WHO HAS HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING KNOWS THAT THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU TAKES PRIORITY TO THE CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE.)When she finally came to the desk, she was very angry and began to scream that she would put our names on the 'do not rent' list and/or call the police. (THIS INCIDENT WAS ENOUGH TO KEEP US FROM WANTING TO VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN ANYWAY) I showed her our confirmation. She said bluntly that she only needed an ID. We gave her the ID which she quickly looked at and then angrily said she needed the credit card. She bluntly printed out the receipt and gave us the keys.We asked for her name as we told her we were not pleased with her attitude and the lack of service we received. She first said she would not give her name at all. We continued to ask. She stated that her name is 'Grace' (which I think was false). I stated that she sure does not portray grace. We only spent one night there and did not have any other incidents with this individual or with the hotel. However, this was enough to give us a bad impression of the hotel and her attitude. This attendant needs to have more customer service training. Of course, we understand that there are unavoidable incidents that happen and it was evident that she was alone at the time, BUT, the bottom line is that the customer who comes into your place of business, gets the first service.
Pet friendly, but hidden cost; breakfast included. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pretty clean for allowing pets. The breakfast lady was nice.
I emailed the hotel regarding pet charges; they said no extra charges. I have the email. I should get my $25 BBQ. The door to our room stuck so hard, we thought the key wasn't working, we had to push it to get in. The a/c was not cold enough. The toilet didn't flush. The breakfast was very scant compared to other places. The stations were scattered, things were set up too close, people were on top of each other. No pastries, no fruit, nuts granola, etc.
Nothing to like.
Definitely needs upgrading. Floors in the public areas were dirty and trash was on the floor even in the elevator. There were some burn stains on the furniture in the room.
the location is great.
the there was roaches in the room. The bed sheets had yellow stains on it
Breakfast was fine.
You painted the tub and toilet instead of replacing it. Black mold lined the outer edge and near the tap. There were black hairs on the floor.
The convenience of the facility. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly overall.
The hotel is old. The carpet is wore and stains on it. It's an old hotel with little to no upgrades. Once I stepped of the elevator to my floor, the ice machine/wash room area was dirty and smelly.
The location only
Absolutely disgusting, ran down, owners haven’t invested 1 cent in over 30 yrs. Everything was dirty, from the lobby to the rooms, carpet, shower curtains and bathtub, the mattress is probably the original.
The staff were courteous and efficient. They went over and above to assist
The carpet was terrible, the facility was clean but the carpet was dirty and smells horribly.
Excellent location, Customer Services.
The hotel is old and needs to be updated on beds, pillows and towels, rugs, and bathrooms.
The location
Dirty hotel, everything looked dirty and the smell in the hallways is unbearable. The carpet is just DIRTY and you can tell they don’t put an effort to better the facilities. The elevator floor was sticky and dirty. There were small hairs in the bathroom, the sealant/caulk was coming off the corners, just horrible. I couldn’t go to sleep because of the dirty carpet smell. I choose to be in a smoke free room because I cannot stand the smell of smoking….. the whole place smelled like smoke + dirty carpet.
